MIB was supposed to come out last week to help me with my mice (ICK!) situation; a computer glitch kept me from showing up on the tech's schedule, and I was NOT happy. MIB offered a deal I couldn't refuse, so we rescheduled for today. Greg called and asked if he could come early, which is not usually a plus in my book, but today it worked well. Nice guy, knowledgeable, got right to work finding holes (there were a few, most of which could be fixed today), and putting out baits and traps. (These mice seem to be enjoying my bait stations, and are wise to my traps. ARRRGGGHHHH.) The spots that couldn't be fixed today, they're under the trim at the roof line, and he said I should get them sealed up when it's warm enough for people to be safely on ladders. Today is most definitely not that day (there's supposed to be an ice storm coming through), so it's on my calendar to schedule that in a few weeks. Today, I couldn't be happier. They should be back in two weeks, and I'll check back with Angie's List then.

we were seeing occasional stink bugs. we used another Angies list pest control service and they treated ourt house 3 times and still couldn't remove the bugs so we wasted $160 on them. I won't name the company but I placed a review with them and gave them an F. We called Men in Black on a recommendation from a friend. They came out and provided us with detail information on the stink bug problem in the area and also were able to identify how the bugs were getting in. One treatment from them and our stink bug problem totally disappeared. If you have a pest problem Men in Black are the perfect solution.

MIB will be our go to people going forward. In a time when people are eager to oversell just to make a buck it is truly refreshing to find honest people, even when it means they will not be making a sale. We were not sure if we found a rodent dropping or just an unusal looking piece of dirt. We were told it was not a rodent dropping and did not sell us services we did not need. We never had any rodent issues, and hope to keep it that way, but will call MIB for maintenance sprays and other services in the future. It is sad that we now give such great praise for what should be a given, but integrity seems to have taken a backseat for the bottom line. Thanks MIB.

Great service, agent called and announced on his way. Arrived and explained different ways of ridding the problem. Suggested method sounded logical and went ahead with program. Wasps gone in 12 - 14 hours! Dead as a door nail. Booked and one day service. Offered new customer discount.

From scheduling to paying the bill, the process run smooth and I'm happy with the amount of information and recommendations the company provides.

It has been several days now and no mice activity observed.

I have used these guys in the past. They are always courteous and effective. Within a matter of hours I see the critters start to die out. I hate bugs and these guys take care of that problem for me! I will continue using them and recommending them to friends.

These guys are great. They're friendly, effective, and easy on the wallet. We've used them many times in the past for insect and rodent control and plan to continue using them in the future.

After I told them that I did not owe the $40 and it is not on the service log, they said they would waive the fee this one time, but normally there are no free follow ups. They stated this repeatedly. The owner called me a few minutes later and said he did not understand what the problem was since they waived the fee. I told him I was upset because of the customer service. He threatened with legal action if I were to give a bad review.

Seemed to solve the problem. The man that came out carefully inspected for telltale signs of entry points beyond the ones I'd noticed and he treated all of them. He was very informative about the process as he went along. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, including the office personnel.

It went really well, and quick!

We have not had any ants or other insects on the patio or near the windows after one spray treatment. We are very happy with their service. They came out when they said they would, and charge us what they quoted on the phone.

They did a good job and were very professional. They did not try to up-sell us on anything and were very helpful with information we could use.

The technician's traps and poison did the trick. We never saw another mouse. I intend to call the company again soon to check again so that we don't get any mice this fall/winter season.

Actually was second request, first for a different site. On both occasions the problems were solved. I really appreciated their in-depth, professional discussion of application, expected timeframe for results, and the fact that they did not try to up-scale the procedure or push for monthly or quarterly long-term plans. One and done. And it worked!!

Called and left a message detailing my name, phone number (twice), and the reason for the call. I never received a callback from ths company. Chose another company to handle the problem. This is an update after my original review. I left this review based on my experience and not being contacted for a service. Today, about 2 days after I posted my review, the owner of the company, Jason, stopped by to offer his apologies as well as promise me he would dig down and see why my phone call was not returned. Even though I did not use this company, this is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced . For the owner to take time out of his day and pay me a visit is exemplary customer service. Again, while I did not utilize this company, I definitely will should I need them in the future. My hats off to Jason and his company.

Absolutely wonderful. From the girl who answers the phone to the guys that came to my house. I never thought I'd review an exterminator but I have to tell you. They really are good. I would use them again and I don't know why anyone would go with anyone else.

These guys are great! They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and most importantly, effective! We would hire them again without hesitation.

Zach came out for our semi annual service. We started seeing mice in our house about a year prior to this visit. The amount of incidents was greatly reduced after the first visit, but we still caught a mouse every now and then. I told Zach what was happening and he went into our cluttered and dusty crawlspace and did a thorough inspection. He noticed a tiny hole right below the chiminey where it meets the house (I couldn't see it, he found it with his hand buried under installation). The hole was very difficut to find and he got pretty dirty in the process and even got some spider webs in his hair. He sugguested that I spray some foam to cover up the small hole and the area around it. He also set some traps in the area. That was on 10/26/2014 and since then I've been checking the traps once a month in the crawlspace and other areas in the basement. I just checked the traps again today, 2/27/2015, and so far we have not seen one dead mouse since October, 2014. Since this problem started we've never gone this long without seeing a mouse, especially during the colds months when they're trying to get into your warm house. Men in Black is by far the best company that I've ever done business with. They go all out to help you. Zach went above and beyond and didn't give up until he found the source. I will continue to use this company for the semi annual service since I live by a big open field which has tons of critters, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone that has a pest issue. Thanks Men in Black and Zach for truly being customer centric!

I called and they were able to come our the next day. I was particularly worried since we have a young child at home, but they re-arranged their service to fit my needs when she would not be present. The gentleman who came out was extremely professional, polite and was on time.

The technician arrived promptly and quickly discovered that we had a nasty swarm of yellow jackets. The bees had made a hole on the outside of the house and a sizable hive inside the wall of the garage. He sprayed and put powder on the entry point on the outside of the house and asked for permission to tear out the drywall to expose the hive. I said yes. He discovered a 2x2 foot hive. He continued to spray and use the powder on the inside. He did a lot that all the hive was well soaked with the solution. After he was finished, he cleaned and swept away all evidence of the bees. The technician was very friendly and reassuring that when he was finished all the bees would be gone. He was right. After a few days, all of the bees were dead.

We had discovered bed bugs in our living room on the first floor and all four bedrooms upstairs. We contacted several companies to request an inspection and quote for services. The first company that came out provided a free inspection and told us that we would have to throw out our living room furniture and some furniture in the upstairs bedrooms. They quoted a one-time service for $1,000.00 with a 30-day guarantee. This was to treat the living room area and two upstairs bedrooms. Men In Black was the 2nd company we contacted. They came out and charged a $40.00 inspection fee which would be credited against any future services they would provide if we hired them. They quoted a charge of $850.00 for the 1st treatment and $100 each for two follow up treatments to take place approximately 2 and 4 weeks after the initial treatment. We asked them if we needed to throw out any furniture and they told us no, they would be able to treat the area first and then make any determination on disposal once the treatment was completed. This quote was for the whole house (living room, family room on 1st floor, all 4 bedrooms upstairs, and a full basement). The third company never showed up for the inspection. After reviewing customer testimonials on Men In Black, we decided to hire them. I spoke with Lauren by phone and she was prompt in forwarding directions for us to prepare the house for the treatment. After receiving the directions I had several questions and contacted Lauren by phone and email. She was always polite and friendly in her responses to my questions. In order for a treatment to have optimal results you must properly prepare your home and this is the most time consuming part of the process. You will find that you will be doing a lot of laundry and decluttering of your home (which in the end is actually a good thing as it helps you finally get to that Spring cleaning that never seems to happen). You also have to store laundered items in sealed bags or containers. You also have to move furniture and pictures to the middle of the room. My family determined that we would need about one week in order to complete the steps for preparation. I contacted Lauren and we scheduled the treatment. On the day of treatment you have to be out of the house because part of the treatment involves a fogger. The treatment itself was to take between 3-4 hours and we could come back into the house 4-5 hours after the treatment was completed. You should plan on being off premises for at least 8 hours. I asked the technician if he would contact me when the treatment was completed so that I would know when it was safe to occupy the house which they did. We were able to get back in to the house about 5 pm. When you first come back in they recommend that you let the house air out for about an hour. When we returned and went from room to room to open windows you could see how thorough a process they did because furniture had been moved around, drawers removed from dressers and night stands, etc. We were able to put our rooms back in to order very easily and sleep at home that same evening. Since the initial treatment in September we have not seen any more bed begs, eggs, or skeletal remains. None of us have suffered any more bug bites. The first follow up treatment took place yesterday. They inspected treated areas and retreated all of the rooms and bedding again. I will be scheduling the final treatment in another couple weeks. All through the process I felt comfortable dealing with Men In Black, my phone calls and emails were responded to promptly, scheduling of appointments was easy and we are pleased with their services.

Arrived on scheduled date and at the scheduled time. Work was done in professional and effective manner and also a competitive price. Would definitely use their services again.

They called me before my appointment to let me know they were running early. They started on the outside until I got home. They were very professional and worked efficiently.
