Superior Hardwood Floors did an excellent job refinishing the hardwood flooring in our upstairs hallway and bedrooms and installing new floors in the living and dining rooms of my home. The floors look beautiful! George was very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were happy with the work. Highly recommended.

George is a very nice guy and he came when he said he would. It took over two weeks total to do everything since it was installed, stained, then 3 coats of poly on it. Also installed a small powder room with tile i purchased and then put new baseboard and shoe after the floor was done. My problem with all of it was the complete lack of respect his crew had for my home. It was freshly painted throughout and I told him to let them know to be careful of the walls. The first day they brought in tons of tools and materials and stacked them up against the walls creating many scuffs and dings. Also slammed the door into the wall so hard it needed repair. (since the door stops were not installed yet) Next they put in the floor and did all the sawing inside my living room creating a layer of dust on everything. I pointed out all this and he just said we'll touch that up later in the end. After floor was installed, he put stain on it and my walls, closet walls, bathtub, etc. Yes bathtub. They took the floor vents into the bathroom to stain them and got stain all over my bathtub and floor. We weren't told there was no way to sleep in the house after the stain went on due to the smell, so we had to get a hotel that night at the last minute. Anyway, I'm not trying to write a book, but after the first two layers of poly, I noticed lots of problems. The floor was coming up in several places and in many many spots there was dirt and hair and junk imbedded under the poly. I pointed this out and he said they'll buff that out in the final coat. It didn't happen. He had to come back several times to do fixes that really still don't look good. The last thing is when i went to paint my brand new baseboard trim, i got up close to it and noticed that his crew had put caulk everywhere leaving my new trim caked with blobs of caulk as well as my walls. I was grateful they actually didn't caulk all the nail holes and forgot some of the baseboards so i could properly caulk them before painting. Overall, super careless work, didn't clean the floor well at all before applying poly trapping tons of junk under the coat and really did a lot of damage to my home causing me many hours of repairs after they finally finished.

George came and gave my fiance and myself a quote and helpfully explained everything and laid out options without any hard sell. We were confident in George, had heard great word from a neighbor and were very happy with his bid so we went with him. On work day, George and crew were prompt, a nice ten minutes early and got right to work. He completed work as expected and 90 year old floor and stairs are like new. Great experience.

I am very satisfied customer of Superior Hardwood Floor Inc. George Saenz and his team did an excellent job with the installation. I had a different vendor come last year to do the hardwood installation in my living room and he did a good job but Superior did even better. I give George and team, high marks for quality, professionalism and courteousness. They finished the job in a day and cleaned up before leaving. Next week they stopped by to finish little touch ups. I would definitely use them for any future hardwood installation and would recommend them to others. Thanks a lot George, Moses, and Polo!!!
