Superior Hardwood Floors Inc. is a great company to work with if you want to install new floors or get your floors refinished. We also had our bannisters refinished and new spindle put in. George is very professional and quoted us the best price of all the other companies we looked at. He and his team were very pleasant to work with and took great care over our home reno. Highly recommend this company. And will have him back again to do our upstairs shortly.

Excellent. George and his team are great to work with. They always show up exactly when they say they will, even when forecasting over a month out. We have installed and/or refinished hardwood so about 90% of the house is hardwood now and George’s team did all of it and it looks great. They’ve done rails, spindles and baseboard as well. Excellent quality and any issues that arise, they work with you to make sure it looks good when complete. Have recommended to several friends and family.

I hired George and Angel to finish up a hardwood floor installation. They did such a great job I asked them to quote me for laminate flooring for three bedrooms. I couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend Superior Flooring to anyone looking to make the plunge and change up their flooring. Their services are fairly priced and the results are awesome!

Since I was very busy with work my wife and her girlfriend hired these people to resurface/ restore and stain our newly bought home hardwood floors and base boards, George and his brother Angel where nice and punctual from what I herd. On they're first day they sanded down all the doors, looked like very decent work, the second day the floors where stained and had the first coat of varnish, the base boards where NEVER sanded down and where just painted over all the dirt/ grime etc. with a stained varnish matching the color of the floor, but it looked like a 6yr old or a drunk person did it, the entire walls were stained as well as the window sills, and the baseboards had uneven painting and drip marks EVERYWHERE. Here's the fraudulent and unprofessional part, I noticed a small part of the floor by a room entrance that didn't get varnish, so I thought, they'll get it tomorrow with the second coat of varnish, what ever. As i kept inspecting their work, i left a small smear with my sock when I felt the surface of the floor, didn't think much of it as I didn't harm anything and the floors where dry solid. I came back the next evening to see their final work, the last coat or varnish (my wife was the one doing all the dealing as I was only available in the afternoons) .. and to find the same unvarnished part of the floor by the bedroom entrance door AND also to find the same smear on the floor that i made the evening before with my sock. This tells me they only did one coat of clear and a horrible job. My wife told George and they just denied it and said for us to fix it ourselves since we know so much about flooring..

Great. George’s team was great, he addressed every concern and was flexible to new requests. A lot of attention to details, very responsive, finished on time. Fairly priced with great quality. I would strongly recommend them.

Fantastic! I can’t thank George, Angel and their team enough for being flexible with our renovation schedule. We were working towards a move in date and welcoming a new baby to our family and they worked overtime to get our house ready for us. They are very reasonable and had excellent communication through the entire project. We were referred to them and would refer all our friends and will definitely use them in the future.

George and his team were excellent! The cost and time to finish were very close to his estimate. We had asked for additional work to be done and his price was very reasonable and he easily adapted to what we wanted to do. He had a team that specialized in wood floors, banisters and door installations. They started and finished the job without interruption working 9am-5pm. They are very hard workers with attention to detail. Floors, baseboards, banisters, spindles, trim, closets, doors all looked perfect and many great suggestions were made by the owner along the way. George has been in the business for many years and has a very positive and friendly personality. This makes it easier for the homeowners like us to have dreams become a reality. I walk in my house now and it feels totally new!! I only wish we had more rooms for them to work on. I am sure you will be very satisfied by the excellent work Superior Hardwood Flooring provides!

Of the three companies bidding, this was the best price/performance. For a room on ground level (concrete slab), we had to figure out a laminate flooring, and I'm happy with the choice. It looks and feels nicer than the Pergo (knockoff?) on the rest of that story. The hardwood upstairs looks fantastic—after a couple years now—and the finish is taking the beating that the household male teenager supplies. The banister was also stabilized. I wish I had these floors installed 10 years ago!

As smooth as a baby's bottom. Jorge was very kind, responsive and accommodating. His staff was on time, maintained a clean work area and were very hard working. My floors looked amazing after the job was done. Choose Superior for you flooring needs...you will not be disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the work the team has done. Before sanding, they completely covered the other areas of the house, did the sanding and refinishing on two days; and when they left, the only sign of the work was the smell of the polyurethane, which lasted for couple days. They did a good job of sanding, refinishing and cleaning; I never had this kind of experience with the same job in the past. I surely will recommend them to my family and friends.

When I contacted George for an estimate he scheduled the appointment that week. He was very helpful in helping me understand the process and in scheduling the work. We scheduled the service and George and his crew showed up on time and did excellent work in our home. Our floors were old, scratched, and needed refinishing. They sanded the floors and then applied new stain. He also replaced the shoe molding and one board. Our old floors look brand new! He was attentive to details and made some suggestions to what we could do to make the floors look better in some spots. The floors look remarkably better. It was a good value for the work that they performed. I would hire recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to refinish and upadate their hardwood floors.

I have been preparing my house for sale, so I decided to get an estimate on having 1800 square feet of hardwood floors buffed and coated with urethane. I discussed the price over that phone. The estimated cost was 40 cents per square foot, totaling $800, contingent on inspection by the owner of Superior Hardwood Flooring, George. He arrived at my house and carefully looked at the condition of the floors throughout. He noted that much of my wood flooring is in very good condition. Some areas have minor dark spots that are the result of washing with water, over the years. George explained that the dark spots would not be improved by buffing and coating and that spending $800 would really not yield a great difference. He advised that the only way to get back to a new finish look would be to refinish everything. He further advised that by going down the path of refinishing, I could update with the darker more trendy colors, but that the cost of doing so would be significantly higher, $2.50 per square foot, and would not likely be a good return on my investment. I decided not to do anything to my wood floors and I really appreciate the professionalism and candid advise that George provided, for my particular situation.
