I called the company and asked some general questions about how the services work. The man who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, I booked my appointment. They arrived at my home in a timely manner and walked me through step by step answering all of my questions. Very polite and professional!

The person that did the cleaning has worked with us before and seems well-informed. He showed us which vents were dummies (not connected to the central system at all) and also pointed out where we had some problems in the ducting to fix. He also explained how heating worked in our old 2-flat back in the day - by fire and oil. This explained why there was soot in our walls and why our basement is so dusty. All of the info he shared was informative. I would've rated him higher, but he used a toilet on the first floor that I had put tape across to indicate that the toilet was not functional. So I had some toilet water on the basement floor that I had to bleach after he was done. But the vents smell much better now. I feel like the air quality is much improved.

They had big truck with engines and hoses. My home was roaring. They showed me all the dust that came out. They were here 3 hours. I can breathe much better now. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional.

We were marginally satisfied on their service. He didn’t do as good of job as we expected for the money we spent. He didn’t even open every vent. I was kind of disappointed. I wasn’t able to keep an eye on him to do everything. I actually had to replace some vent covers and several of them I opened up were still dirty. I have heard through other service providers that I paid about twice as much as I should have. They did clean the cold air returns down by our furnace. We had a lot of work done on the house and we had a lot of dust that had settled in the vents. He was extremely courteous and professional.

Their service wasn’t too good. We had big nicks in the woodwork and paint that needed to be repaired. I don’t think they were very careful at all. We had just had our house redone and painted. We had specifically requested they be careful since it had just been redone. We had them clean the ducts because of the dust. They did clean the ducts, but they damanaged a lot of freshly painted woodwork.

Their service was good. They did the work fast and effective. We did like them.

They did a very good job. He got here when he said he was going to. He did a very thorough job. I had a kind of weird set up where he had to go through my basement window to get some access. The clean-up was not perfect, but on the whole and in the regular part of the house he was neat. I didn’t have any problems. They were a little more expensive than I had expected, but this was the first time I had a job like this done.

Their service worked out very well. They were very good. They did their job well. They were very accommodating.

They did a great job. Two workmen arrived a bit late, but there was heavy construction going on in my area. They were professional, neat (put on slippers over their shoes), gave me all of the information on costs, written estimate and described the whole process of cleaning out my homes air DUCTS *(please don't be mistake this for air vent cleaning- as I had done previously). My home is approx. 25 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. I have allergies and so does my son, so I thought it was time to try this process after seeing Mike Holmes on Holmes on Holmes recommending it to be done on his show. The workmen do have to open up your ducts and go through each room, but I felt that they did an excellent job. I went ahead and did the extra sanitizing solution, because I felt it was worth the try. My house does smell like a Dr.s office currently, so I am airing out the house and hoping that smell goes away in about an hour as workmen promised. Without sanitizing the price would have been $200.00 cheaper, but one of the men suggested I buy their coupon on line for $100 worth of service for $20.00. I felt this was well worth it and was happy he made the suggestion. All in all I am pleased with the service, company and especially the workmen. One of the workmen even was happy to give me some advice outside of my cleaning/duct questions. Workmen were both very nice, respectful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Duct Cleaning Group was very good. They were very knowledgeable, they explained everything, and they tried to be as clean as possible. They were very thorough and accommodating. They were professional and on time.

I have a 4000 square foot home and I guess more vents than I thought. They came by on time and were professional. The price was amazingly expensive and I wish I would of had more estimates. But to describe the work they cleaned all vents and the two furnaces. They were booties when they first started but after having to back and forth outside so much they didn't wear them anymore. They spend a great deal of time cleaning everything. Noticeable difference with the dust in the supply vents. They did a great job I gave a "B" because of the price.

They were good...the people were professional. The price may have been a little high.

It was great. They were knowledgeable and experienced. They had quality workmanship. Everything was good. I have no complaints. I would definitely use them again.

Cahill was very friendly and personable he and his assistant performed excellently, he arrived as scheduled and went throughout the house identifying all of the vents to make sure he did not miss any, he explained in detail all of what he was going to do and the reasons why the work needed to be done. He and his asistant worked very cleanly with their equipment as they moved throughout the house using shoe protectors on the carpeting and wood flooring, and left the house as they found it.

They came on time. One worker worked for almost 5 hours. He was very thorough. My place was always dusty and this improved things a lot.

I was thoroughly pleased. I was mainly interested in the dryer vent as my machine was indicating the air flow was compromised. I didn't think my other vents would be that bad as I had those done less than three years ago when my husband was extremely ill. The gentleman came in and immediately put covers on his shoes. As he started looking at the vents, especially the cold air returns, he discovered that the company I had before did not do most of the vents. They did not access the trunk lines near the furnace. I discovered I had really been taken by the other company. When he told me what should have been done, what he was going to do, I was surprised. Neither company I'd had before had done all that. I cannot believe the people in these companies can sleep at night, especially knowing my husband's life depended on a very clean house! After reviewing what needed to be done and going over the price, he set right to work. He cut the access panels so the trunk lines could be cleaned properly. He did each vent individually with the agitator and suction. He did half the house at a time so the suction was optimal. He did not cut corners, even though it was snowing, he drug his machine around the back of the house to get the dryer vent, etc. He checked everything to make sure the numbers on his gauges were right. He also explained everything he was doing. When he was finished, he sealed the access panels and cleaned up everything. Over all I was extremely satisfied. I am certain all my vents are cleaned.

I liked them because they were honest and they worked hard. I didn't like their price. I would use them again.

They saved me hundreds, i was going to purchace a new dryer because my old on was not working, but a simple cleaning fixed it all. It dryes perfectly and not to mention its safe now to run. Thanks. I saved soo much money no having to buy a new dryer.

Money well spent. I was amazed by all that dust and dirt they pulled out of my vents. I didnt expect the job to take 4 hours but the technician explained that my ducts were never cleaned. That guy was a very hard worker, polite, on time and i liked the fact he put booties on his feet. Once they were done i noticed the difference in the the air quality and the amount of dust in my home has decreased. It was schocking to know that me and my family were breathing in all that debris especialy because my 6 year old daughter was suffering from asma.
