Description of Work: opened all registers, cut holes in ducts at the furnace, attached suction hose, used a tool to loosen any build up in each vent which then was sucked through the hose and out a into a powerful vacuum. it was cold and snowy with difficult set up due to monster snow piles one young man did it all. I was impressed.

Description of Work: They were very thorough and professional. The costs (upgrade costs were a bit shocking but I felt they did the best job -- taking out vents for better access, etc.) The Angie's List pricing was misleading. But that's a marketing strategy. The outcome was positive. We have clean vents and no damage to our newly renovated house.

Description of Work: I had my ducts cleaned and sanitized. It was initially scheduled for that morning but I was alerted they had to cancel last minute. They did reschedule for that afternoon, came out on time, and did a great job. All of my questions were answered and I haven't any problems since. I need my dryer vent cleaned and will definitely be looking their way.

Description of Work: a guy showed up, looked around, said the job would be $538 dollars. this was the highest estimate i received by over $300 and i had no idea he would say that so i told him he was not in our price range, goodbye. he gave me a scrap of paper with the price offer while arguing with my husband. after he left he called and said he could do it for $220 or less so i told him to send or bring an estimate which he did not. i was extremely upset and disappointed. my husband and i are senior citizens and had moved furniture covering the vents, etc. which was a major inconvenience. then we put everything back.
