The cabinets they built are top of the line – and are as good as if not better than the Thomasville cabinets I have in my dining room and Thomasville built-in bookcases in my home office. If you don’t believe me, I have another testimonial from the village inspector. "Repair of small guest bathroom shower/tub area. Chose americraft bc they had no complaints on bbb and good reviews on social media. After obtaining quote greg came out to evaluate repair and answer questions. Our perception was that Greg lost interest when we didn’t want to change tub to shower or replace the bathtub. Just to keep existing tub. This would have brought quote down 2 to 3 thousand dollars. At this point Greg practically ran out of our condo. Never heard back from them. Our perception is that Americraft is not nterested if project is 10 thousand or lower. My wife may of scared him with either providing awareness of plumbing problems with common area or had all lights off except bathroom bc she’s embarrassed of our condo. Do not recommend for small projects."

"The painting went ok. The rug removal was done ok. While replacing the bath fan the ceiling was damaged around the fan. No one went into the attic to check the duct and we later found out the duct was not connected to the roof vent. The flooring was done too rushed and we have had to replace some boards. The stairs were a nightmare, spindles were cut crooked, nails sticking out, treads and risers cut on angles. We asked them to just stop work and leave, unfortunately we had paid them $5,000. They rushed thru the job because we were told they had a bigger job where they would make more money. We were told the stairs were so badly damaged they could not be salvaged. So far it has cost us $13,000 more to take out the old stairs, fix the flooring and the bath fan."
