Larry, Dave, and Mike did a fantastic job - start to finish - to make sure that we were happy and involved in the process. They finished our basement in less than a month, and it exceeded our expectations. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. In addition to their work in the basement, they provided helpful suggestions as we picked out paint and flooring. They worked within our budget, and Larry was extremely communicative during the entire process. We highly recommend Craftsman Builders and will hire them again for future projects.

Description of Work: Larry and his team did an amazing job remodeling my unfinished basement in less than 6 weeks. He took my high-level concept and exceeded my design expectations. His knowledge and years of building experience made our interaction effortless. A breath of fresh air.... Larry and his son David were awesome, they fixed/adjusted items in my basement without hesitation, i.e. replaced my sink pump, sanded the trim around my basement door, installed outlets in key areas to support future workout equipment. Let me tell you my newly created bathroom is simply stunning. In addition I did not rough-in my plumbing in my basement but that didn’t prevent Larry and team from designing an exquisite work of art. I simply love my bathroom with the newly created a hallway to match. I would highly recommend Craftsman Builders for your next project and I will definitely use them for any future work on my home. + 5 moreLarry and his team were absolutely the best. We had some repair work that needed to be done as well as electrical and installation of a bathroom with tiling and plumbing. Larry is VERY good with communication before, during, and after the work was completed. He and Dave went over and above what we expected and were extremely competitive with pricing for us. They even went so far as to fix some issues that only added to our enjoyment of our new basement and bathroom. We had a terrible experience with a former contractor and were a bit shy about hiring another but I am so glad we did! From top to bottom, they performed like professionals and completed the project in exactly the time they specified. I will hire these guys any day of the week and would recommend them to others in a heartbeat.

+ 5 moreWe had a month to go from cement walls to a living space. Larry and team made it happen. They went above and beyond with things like metal studs for the walls, extra insulation and maximizing the space we had available. They even fixed the gouges we caused in the outer wall (bringing in some appliances) I love that they are a family business too...and work with other family businesses. I'd definitely hire them again.

+ 7 moreLarry and his team are extremely professional. The job required complicated electrical, plumbing, closet demolition work. We had spoken to other contractors as well and none were even nearly as knowledgeable as these guys. Larry knew we needed the work done quickly and got the job done in 2 weeks. He was always available by phone or text and answered all questions promptly. They cleaned everything up right away and offered to come back if we had any issues. These guys do great work and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I will be hiring them again for any future jobs!!

+ 3 moreWhen I called Craftsman Builders, I asked for an estimate on the bathroom. I discussed the finacial situation to Larry. After he inspected the bathroom, he called me back promptly on June 23 and I agreed on the price on $2,900. He started the job June 28 and finished July 6. The total cost ended at $3090. The plumber ran into some unexpected problems so I paid to have walls painted. Craftsman Builders did a beautiful job. Very promt, particular with his work, and respectful. Cleaned up after each day's work. I felt very comfortable with his crew. Can't say enough about how proud I am about the new bathroom. Beautiful job.
Description of Work: Overhauled bathroom, demo old wall board, and tub surround and floor. Installed new drywall and waterproof drywall, taped and mud the drywall. Ceramic tile installed around the tub. They installed the ceramic floor. Larry installed the fan and light fixture. Installed new toilet, sink, medicine cabinet and towel cabinet. Installed a new electrical light and exhaust fan in the celine as well as a new light fixture over the medicine cabinet. Walls painted. Towel racks put up plus other miscellaneous task.

+ 0 moreI called them on a Saturday looking for a contractor to complete some work quickly. They made themselves available that day and finished the work that day. I wouldn't expect that responsiveness all the time, but it was certainly nice in this case. The work was completed flawlessly and it was a pleasure having them in my home. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Added 3 electrical boxes and outlets near existing outlets. Switched a couple GFI outlets. Replaced a switch.
