Kashian has an excellent selection and really knows their stock and will make recommendations at the price point you want. Both rugs came in amazingly quickly and they were able to get me on the delivery installation schedule right away. The installers had to remove old carpeting and pad that had been stapled every 6 inches. They got out every last staple without any damage to the floor. They also did a great job cleaning the floor and cleaning up after themselves.

My experience with them was very good. I thought that the quality of the merchandise was good and the service was good as well. I would recommend them and use them again.

Mr. Pedian provided an estimate in writing within 2 days of my initial call. The work was scheduled for 2 weeks after we signed the contract. Dan and his crew arrived on the appointed day, moved the larger furniture to another room and got to work. The floor was completely sanded by the end of the day. We had a large choice of stain samples; Dan painted a few that we were considering on the floor. They then re-sanded those parts off. The finishing was done by the end of the next day. They came back the following morning to move the larger furniture back. The floor looks beautiful. All the stains from water and pets were gone and an area that was gouged looked like new. The price was 20% off because of a sale. The usual price is $5/square foot. It is well worth it because the system is almost dustless. There was a very light amount of dust, which was easily removed with a duster. The odor was not too strong and was completely gone within a few days.

Workmen arrived exactly on time and finished within the estimated completion time. The carpets had not been cleaned for two years and were quite dirty. The quality of this company's work was excellent - I have never been as satisfied with carpet cleaning as I was with this job. They cleaned dirty spots that two previous companies had failed to clean. Carpets also dried much more quickly than had been the case with previous carpet cleaning jobs, perhaps due to more efficient water extraction. I will definitely use this company again. I compared their prices with at least one other company (in Evanston), and the prices seemed to be in the same ballpark. However, if you take advantage of advertised specials, you can probably get the same job done for less.

They did not match the refinished floor to the original floors. They also did not tape off the baseboards which resulted in some markings. I would use them again if they could guarantee these two issues would not be a problem.

THEY CUT THE CARPET ON THE LAWN AND I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO COMPLAIN. THEY SAID I WAS IRRATIONAL AND UNREASONABLE. THEN THEY WANTED TO BRING IT INTO MY HOUSE WITH ALL THE TWIGS, DUST AND STUFF ON IT. I TOLD THEM TO TAKE IT BACK AND CLEAN IT OFF. THE SALESMAN CAME OUT, TALKED TO ME WHILE THEY INSTALLED IT TRYING TO KEEP ME OCCUPIED. THERE IS A NOISE WHEN I WALK ON IT NOW. I CALLED THEM AND THEY WON'T RETURN MY PHONE CALLS.

ACTUAL WORK WAS COMPLETELY ADEQUATE. PICK-UP TEAM WAS POLITE, DELIVERY WAS PERFORMED BY A SINGLE, POLITE PERSON WHO HAD TO BE HELPED BY ME! HOWEVER, ADMINISTRATION AND CIVILITY WERE LOUSY. DELIVERY WAS NOT ACCORDING TO PROMISED SCHEDULE. MANAGEMENT PERSON ON PHONE WERE FAR MORE ABSORBED IN HIS WORK LOAD THAN MY PROBLEMS. IT WAS AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE HAVING TO DEAL WITH THAT LEVEL OF SELF-CENTERED ARROGANCE.

THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT, POLITE, AND CLEAR IN THEIR EXPLANATIONS. THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY WHICH IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL.

WERE UNABLE TO REMOVE A STAIN, BUT DIDN'T TELL ME. JUST COVERED IT WITH PAPER.

THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE WHO ARRANGE EVERYTHING ARE VERY ATTENTIVE! THE WORKMAN WORK THE ENTIRE DAY WITH OUT ANY BREAKS, EVEN BATHROOM BREAKS. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY GAVE ME A 20% DISCOUNT ON THE PRICE AS WELL. VERY COURTEOUS WORKERS.

REPAIR TO RUG WAS OVERALL EXCELLENT, BUT THE FRINGE WAS MARKEDLY TRIMMED, SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCING THE VALUE OF THE ANTIQUE RUG. ALSO, THERE WERE SOME COMMUNICATION DIFFICULTIES REGARDING RETURN OF THE RUG. OVERALL, HOWEVER, THEY SEEMED WELL-INTENTIONED AND VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. THEIR TRUCK WAS IMPECCABLY ON TIME.

THEY WERE THOROUGHLY DELIGHTFUL AND WE FELT WE GOT GREAT VALUE FOR OUR MONEY.
