Description of Work: After getting several estimates for replacing a water line from the parkway into the house and a portion of the sewer line from inside the basement to outside, we decided to go with Kerrigan. They were not the least expensive, but were not the most expensive. It was three days of work, but we were quite satisfied. The quality was very good. When they found some other problems, the additional costs were quite reasonable. And they cleaned up the job site (inside and outside) very well. We would definitely have Kerrigan do plumbing work again.

Description of Work: We had a small cold water pipe break and had Kerrigan Plumbing finish replacing steel pipes with copper pipes in the basement. It was a three day job and wasn't cheap, but saved us from a much more expensive situation. I'd like to mention that we've used Kerrigan plumbing for 30 years and wouldn't hesitate to continue.

Description of Work: Kerrigan Plumbing re-piped my Chicago Historical Bungalow (1927) to copper piping, including replacing two outside connections, new faucet on laundry tub, furnished and replaced hot water tank, removed non-functioning humidifier for furnace and replaced with new. The entire job was accomplished with minimal cutout to ceiling in basement for upstairs piping. The crew did an immaculate clean up job and were friendly, personable and professional. Kerrigan plumbing will be the only plumbers I use for any future jobs I may have in my home. I would highly recommend their work to anyone.
