Sean did the work. This project was more difficult than estimated. There was no this was more than estimated. They just did the work. Experts in their field.

The crew was punctual and very efficient. Did the entire job in 1 day. Took time to not damage surroundings grass.

Terrible. Do not use this company. The salesman recommended piers, set up contract and gave them $8,000+ deposit. The installation team came out and said they could not do piers because it is a brick foundation, so they recommended support braces and said it had a 25 yr. warranty. Second team came out (months later) and said there is no warranty and the supports couldn't be put where they were suggesting. Job was cancelled but they WOULD NOT REFUND MY $8,000 deposit. They could not do the job contracted but they refused to refund my deposit. Terrible business practices. They tried to add work that didn't need to be done when they revised the contract, stating quote "we figured if you were going to spend $27,000, you would be ok spending $24,000 so why not encapsulate the crawl space" - which is completely dry and not musty. They would not respond to emails or phone calls. Took 2 weeks to get through to someone just to find out they were keeping my deposit.

Allen Laundie provided us exceptional service and guidance on our questions. He was punctual and informative. We look forward to continuing to use Perma Seal for our foundation, drainage and sewage needs.

Great. Duane came for an estimate and spent an hour and a half evaluating, taking measurements and then deciding the plan of action and the cost. The crew showed up 3 weeks later for the work and they were competent, professional showed me the work being done and did a thorough cleanup when they finished.

Sean and Xavier the two technicians showed up on time and even a little bit early. They explained what had to be done and answered my questions thoroughly. They did the work in a professional manner meeting our expectations and then some. It was a very good experience and was a major improvement for our garage floor.

The project went very well. The crew was prompt, courteous and very friendly. Everything was completed to my liking with minimal damage to my lawn for all the trenching that was done.The crew cleaned and tidied up all areas were work was done. I had a major leak in a basement wall with a significant crack from floor to ceiling. I contacted Don B and he came out within 24 hours and gave me a very reasonable quote. Service was scheduled for a few days later and performed. All was done in about 1.5 hours. The crack was repaired and there have been no more leaks. The worker did a great job. The lifetime transferable warranty gives me peace of mind knowing this leak won’t reappear. I won’t hesitate to call Don B at Perma-Seal again should I have another issue.
