Process went smoothly. Tech came out and worked on two separate hairline cracks that was causing seepage in my basement. Tech was very polite and knowledgeable in what he was doing.

This was our second time working with Permeseal. Had a great experience the first time was they remediated four foundation cracks. This time, stabilized concrete steps that had pulled away from house, amd leveled out a sidewalk.. They explained the remediation effort and went to work. Very conscientious and true craftsmen.

It did take 3 weeks to get my appointment, but once arrived the tech, Jesus, thoughrly looked over our water proofing system and made sure it wasn't the culprit. Then found that my window was leaking! Mystery solved, and he even waived the fee for coming out when it's not their issue for me.

James was very knowledgeable and did a great job trouble shooting my battery backup pump and got the system up and running.

Everybody’s I dealt with was great - from the salesman to all 4 guys doing the work. They put in a drain tile system, with a sump pit and sump pump. We’re happy with the results so far.

Our rep, Keegan King phoned when he was about 30 min away. Introduced himself and explained what he was going to do for the annual sump pump inspection. He was very friendly with our 4 little kids who were home at that time. He identified a few other problems and asked if I wanted a quote on repairs for those. Before giving the quote he reviewed exactly what the quote was for, he has excellent communication skills and makes sure that everyone is in the same page. He was very professional. I would highly recommend.

I had James Heath a my tech today. This was my annual maintenance for my sump pump. James was thorough and explained step by step what he was looking for, what he found and what to anticipate throughout the life of my entire pump system. He will be the one I will personally ask for when it comes to pump service/sales.

PermaSeal is the Best. The consultant clearly explained the options for my project, the scheduling and cost. The installers were on time, explained questions I had about the basement crack sealing and Permafoam installation , completed the project in a timely manner and were friendly. This is the second project PermaSeal has completed for me. I would call them again, for sure.

My living room floor over the crawlspace was always cold in the winter. The Perma-seal salesman said spray foam would fix it. After spending a LOT of money to have it done, there is no change. The floor is still cold! They are not honest people. Also, I have two vents at each end of crawlspace that I open in the Spring to dry up any dampness. I found out that they sprayed foam over these vents closing them off . Now I am thinking I will get mold growing down there because of no air circulation. Terrible company! I would never recommend them!
