Consultation with Kyle went well. Originally reached out regarding the repair of front steps but Kyle was able to identify other areas such as the drive way and gutter issues. All things that could become serious problems over time but could remedied sooner. Greatly appreciative of the knowledge and expertise. Can’t wait for the finished product.

Manuel arrived on time and completed the repair efficiently and professionally. He explained the process to us and was very friendly.

Met with Jason in July 2020, we are scheduled for December 2020 as they are booked due to all the rain this year. Fingers crossed we are on schedule and there are no delays. We have paid the deposit and financed the rest.

Excellent customer service. Other companies wanted to add nonsensical dollars to the job by removing dry wall and going interior for no reason. Applaud the honesty!

They came out and did a thorough review and quote. We are still deciding as to whether or not we will have the work done but they were extremely professional.

After I reached out to Perma-Seal. They promised to call me back and schedule an appointment. They were true to their word. Erik Casper contacted me and scheduled an appointment within 2 days and promised to telephone me again 15 minutes before his arrival. They followed up with an email confirming the appointment. He arrived on time. Was very friendly and courteous. He listen to our concerns and provided us with a history of Perma-Seal. After looking at the basement, he gave us a plan of action, explained what needed to be done and showed us a video and price. We have not decided on a date for the work to be done but we will be going with Perma-Seal.

Permaseal sent out Ramon Duron to do the repair. He called the morning of the scheduled work to let us know when he would arrive and showed upon time. He was very courteous and explained what needed to be done. He got the job done quickly and the area he worked in was cleaner when he was finished than when he started. The repair looks beautiful! We have had nothing but good experiences with permaseal and would recommend them to anyone.

Josh did an outstanding job! He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything concerning what needed to be done was explained to us in detail. Josh was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were completing satisfied.

First, I'd like to comment that Rob was punctual. Not only did he call stating he was on his way but he also arrived on time. He was friendly and easy to speak to. What was also important to me was his patience while discussing and educating me on things that were of priority (while also not trying to sell me a point) and explained terms that I was not familiar with. He pointed out the cracks on my foundation and educated on how I can self diagnose. It was a great learning experience to day the least! He took his time and that I appreciated very much. I will be following up with him soon!

Tony identified my problem within minutes. Unfortunately the issue is being caused above grade which his company does not work on. He took extra time to suggest to me what possible fixes would be and was a great guy. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I was not billed for his time here to identify the problem. Even though I did not technically utilize their services, I would highly recommend this company for their honesty and integrity.

Sergio was extremely professional with his presentation. He listened to us and took notes. He also measured and presented us 2 options for the solution. We were very impressed with Sergio. We did let him know that we were also getting 2 additional estimates from 2 other companies. He was a very pleasant young man and answered all of our questions. You are very fortunate to have such a hard-working young man in your company.

Well. I have a sewer backup system that Permaseal installed in 2012. Never had a problem with it and it solved my sewer backup problem. I am supposed to have it inspected annually. I skipped a few years by laziness. They inspected this year. All was in order. They did however recommend that I replace a pump that is beyond its expected useful life and also batteries that are beyond their life. Those will be done in September or October. At same time I asked them to look at a floor drain in an unfinished portion of my basement. Water had come up. They diagnosed that my kitchen sink was backing up into the floor drain and fixed the problem by rodding the pipe under the floor drain. They were prompt and efficient. I also arranged to prepay for 5 years of servicing.

Ken was very thorough and performed the needed work. The sump pump battery needed to be replaced and we scheduled another appointment for the installation of our secondary pump. We always feel confident that the work keeps our home dry!

Scott A. was very helpful and professional in identifying the problem and offering the solution. The cost was pretty reasonable.

No one wants to have leaks in their basement and no one wants to hear that huge repairs need to be made, but Brian Schweihs explained our problem so clearly and was not only knowledgeable about the house, but also let us know that unlike other companies their lifetime warranty really does mean a lifetime. It’s rare to feel so confident that huge work like this will be done well and right, but that’s how we feel.

Hi. I wanted to take a moment to write a review for PermaSeal. I’m new to Illinois. I was very aware of the ads for PermaSeal as they play so often on local channels :). Who can make a promise like that and stick by it? I mean, what better guarantee could I ask for than insuring a dry basement? And, for me, a lifetime guarantee! I mean, who does that? From estimate to easily arranging for financing, the entire process was clear, effective, and worthy of my trust. They are especially helpful in all ways. PermaSeal offers a variety of services as well and I’ll be calling them for my needs in the future. I just want to say how cheerful and friendly all the staff has been. The team worked very well together. They were very willing to explain their work as they progressed. Work looks really good. Cleaned up well after themselves. We liked the insulation and overlay...makes the crawlspace functional.

Griffin was extremely knowledgeable and super professional, explained the issues very well. He went above and beyond to review, assist, answer all questions, provided a video with detailed proposal. Highly recommend them!
