Allen went right to work by checking everything out , then recommending what needed to be done. After he explained everything, Allen replaced what needed to be replaced in order for our basement to stay dry.. all of this being done in a polite manner.

Outstanding. Professional, quick, thorough and polite. Cleaned up very well afterwards. I have nothing but praise for the installation team and their leader, Josue. They installed 59 ft of interior PCV drain tile around the walls of our basement not already protected with a similar system Perma-Seal our in 15 years ago when we first bought our home. That system has worked like a charm and we wanted to use the same firm to complete the job. They also installed 24 sq ft of Cleanspace on a side wall.

Doug from Perma-Seal was thorough, carefully explained everything I needed to know about my sump pump and cost, and completed the work very efficient.

Contract guarantees dry basement. We still get water in basement with excessive rains. Sent them 25 pictures showing them. Also, where they jack hammered up the cement job has hairline fractures that seap wetness with heavy rains. Charged us $389 to remove drywall. They never removed the drywall. Did not reimburse us for the non drywall removal. Perma Seal is not honoring their guarantee or what their contract states. Do not believe the Perma Seal ads.

We recently contracted with Don Baier of Perma-Seal Basement Systems to extend our underground drainage system to the rear of our property. We also wanted to incorporate water runoff from the roof gutter into this system for a nicer appearance. The work was done today by a two-man Perma-Seal crew. They were efficient, neat and left us with no clean up! Don Baier had assured us that we would be very happy with their work. Let me tell you, Mr. Baier did not disappoint! Their work exceeded our expectations!!

Just got an estimate today. Estimator Sergio unusually thorough in explanations and personable in presentation. Still getting estimates at this time.

It went excellent. Duane was on time and helped diagnose the problem. It turned out not to be a Permaseal foundation issue but rather a broken or clogged pipe. Duane was honest and so helpful. I highly recommend him and Permaseal.

Tomas and his crew phoned me 30 min in advance to let me know they would be on schedule. Upon arriving, they quickly realized that 1) the quoted window well materials were the wrong size, and 2) the well ducts quoted in the job spec were not optimal for the site. So Tomas called made it right: his crew initiating the digging and had the correct materials delivered, and he called an audible to upgrade to a PVC pipe-based drain system on the fly. All the work--including repairs to foundation cracks--was completed the same day.

I was so dissapointed when I purchased my home and realized after the fact that I had water in the crawlspace. Erik Casper, from Perma-seal contacted me after I posted in my community page. He came out that evening and was able to show me exactly what I needed, was extremely professional (wore mask and booties), and assured me that once "sealed" I won't have any problems ever again. I don't forsee any issues going forth, but if I have any issues I would feel comfortable calling Erik, he was so informative, he even explained how to change my gutters so that will help with my foundation.
