It went very well. James Ballard is the preventative maintenance technician who did my maintenance inspection and he was very thorough. Jim explained what he was doing so I understood what it entailed. His customer service is excellent. He was on time and gave me a courteous call. I would recommend permaseal again.

Antonio came to the house to do the multi point inspection and testing. It should be noted that I set up the appointment and then unexpectedly ended up in the hospital. My wife felt involved in everything going on and when done, Antoni explained exactly what he found with 5 cracks in basement walls that would give us trouble. He then explained what he found to me over the phone while I was in the hospital. He knew what he was talking about and wasn’t just trying to sell more services! He then helped us to understand what needed to be done and how we could save money on the job.I had my wife make a deposit that day and schedule the crew to come in and make the NECESSARY repairs Looking forward to getting those done in 2021!

Andrew came out on time and did exactly what we asked him for. No selling just listened to are concerns and provided a solution with a complete proposal with a lifetime warranty of the floor being dry.

The Perma-Seal staff responded quickly (we were having sewer work done by a different company) to our particular needs that required them to do this work, in order not to invalidate the Perma-Seal work done in 2010. It was scheduled, the workmen arrived early in response to a plea from me (very appreciated) and got the job done neatly and in a timely manner. They made every effort to work with our wood paneling, etc. so it could be re-used.

Jerry Augustyniak from Perma Seal came out to give us solutions and an estimate for the numerous cracks in our basment wall. We liked the solutions he came up with. Their prices are very reasonable. Jerry was very professional and understanding of our financial situation. While we aren’t ready to hire them today, we will be using them In the near future.

Perm a Seal representative, Kyle Anderson, was very knowledgeable, informative, helpful and professional. He adhered to all safety protocols regarding COV19. Provided constructive feedback, pricing, overall deliverable was excellent. Pleasure to meet him and look forward to the complete work.

All in all with only a few small issues it went really well. We were told they were going to fix all the cracks not just the ones they estimated we had but they gave us an easy solution for that problem so it's fine. They asked us how far above ground one of the window wells so we told them 2 inchesoor so is fine well they put it 2 feet or so above ground. The electrician put a new designated breaker for the sub pump and a solo outlet but threw out the old outlet even though it still worked I would have used that for another outlet downstairs that wasn't working and needed to be replaced but that's just a minor thing. Like I said all in all they did a good job and cleaned up nicely before they left.

I needed a 240v and two 110v electrical circuits installed within a short timeline to accommodate the install of a gazebo and hot tub. I received an estimate from the hot tub company and the only approach they offered was tearing out an excessive amount of drywall in our newly finished basement. Since I was not thrilled by this idea, I contacted PermaSeal for a second opinion. When I called to schedule my appointment, I explained the sense of urgency and within the week Matt the electrician came out to estimate the job. Matt listened to my needs and concerns and went to work looking for ways to get the job done while minimizing damage to the finished basement. The estimate was in-line with what I expected, and Matt said they could start next week. Shortly after Matt left, I received a text confirming my installation time and date and like clockwork Matt and his helper were right on time. The final installation is perfect and not a single piece of drywall was disturbed. When the hot tub company came to install the hot tub, they commented on the electrical job and said it must have been a real professional outfit that did the work, I tactfully recommended they start using PermaSeal if they want future happy customers. While I do not plan on getting another hot tub anytime soon, PermaSeal is top of list for those seeking a recommendation.

Excellent. Dennis, the inspector, called in advance to let me know when he would arrive, he reviewed installed systems and previous work, and inspected the property. I suspected that this would also be an opportunity for them to suggest additional work, which Dennis did, including purchasing future inspections, some work around the house foundation and injections to lift our sunken sidewalk and gaps under our concrete front porch. No purchase was made at the time, but I am considering some suggestions, which I found helpful. Dennis was very courteous, and observed necessary precautions during these COVID times.

It went efficiently and pleasantly! Our Perma Seal worker, Dennis, Thwas not only effective but also very personable to work with.

Kyle. I think his name was, was fantastic. He wasn't comfortable with diagnosis s ok he called for 2nd opinion that was confirmed. He took a step further and did a water test and it was fine. He started looking at fairly new water heater. He then noticed a old water filter sitting on water heater leaking. Thanks to him his free estimate turned out saving me at least $1200. Thanks Kyle

He did a terrific job on the inspection, found that our hot water heater was corroding and was able to immediately give us a quote and schedule the work to be done. His expertise was invaluable and he was someone we felt extremely comfortable working with.

Excellent, Duane came to inspect one crack and took it upon himself to check my entire foundation and found 3 other cracks. Because of his extra effect it saved me hassle in the future of future leaks.

Excellent work by all. Don came out and determined what the problem was and the required time and cost to fix. Jaime, who did the actual work, was able to come by 1/2 hour early Total time was about 1 1/2 hours. Both were very easy to talk with and told us all our options and what they would be doing.

Great, he had everything done in a little over an hr.

From start to finish my experience with Perma Seal was excellent. Nick in Sales and Jaime the on site Technician were on time, professional, knowledgeable and performed the work in a professional manner. The job went very well. The crew arrived on time and the job was completed the same day. They spread heavy duty tarps on the carpeted area and on the stairs, so there was no trace of broken up concrete in those areas. A high quality drainage system was professionally installed and the finish coat of concrete was very neatly done. The new concrete blends well with the existing floor. I expect to have no worries of water coming into our basement during future rainstorms.
