Description of Work: Sump pump and drainage to back of lot. A double back- up was installed for the sump pump, it went out soon after installing. The were out quickly to fix and replace. | Work for the drainage was unable to be completed initially due to a lazy JULIE worker that saw my driveway being done, so did not mark the rear of the lot for the drainage work. Permaseal corrected that, but it through our timing for the job off.

Description of Work: They cleaned out cracks in the basement and filled them. The next day we had huge flooding again. I'm not sure where all the water came from but I vacuumed up over 200gallons of water. I called for follow up service with long wait times on the phone and no follow up service. We have had rain again with flooding again. The follow up customer service is very poor. |

Description of Work: They waterproofed the basement and sealed a top of foundation leak outside. They did cut an extra hole in the side of my house mistakenly. They did not explain the sump pump working very well. They DID stop the basement from leaking.

Description of Work: Service was punctual and a professional job was performed. We installed a larger sump pump and redid the PVC piping to accommodate quicker water discharges. Electrical upgrade work was performed as well. My only complaint is that they did not clean up after themselves very well - leaving the basement unswept of old PVC pipe debris and snippets of electrical wiring - and they did not replace the ceiling tiles used for access.

I was shown all options and pricing but he recommended the cheapest option for one of the leaks (the other was due to the access door) saying that He would be surprised if I needed anything more. three years later and about four different torrential downpours and he is still right!!
