Description of Work: Repair leaking foundation crack

Description of Work: Water sealed the basement, membrane on walls and an interior ditch that contained a pvc pipe to move any water to a new sump pump. Also, replace 4 basement windows.

Description of Work: Put in drainage system and sump pump. Everything went well until the very end of the job when the crew didn't finish the job properly. Another crew came weeks later and corrected the 1st crews mistake. As for the system itself it has been great. We had a very rainy spring and summer and not a drop in my basement.

Description of Work: So far, I have only met with the representative in my home to discuss the services. I will be adding a back up battery sump pump system, new basement windows and window well covers. The only issue is the 6 week delay time due to perma seal being very busy. My initial meeting was the last week of August, confirmed service and paid deposit during the second week of September. Battery system will be installed first week of November. Window well covers the third week of November. New windows hopefully will come the within the first two weeks of December. My first impression with the company is positive. Again, they are busy, so don't expect a quick turn around.

Description of Work: I had 4 cracks in my foundation. 1 they were able to fix from the inside & when finished with the 1, there was no mess to clean up they did a marvelous job. We've had no seepage from this crack at all from all this bad rain we've had this year. The other 3 cracks had to be repaired from the outside. There was no mess on my neighbors sidewalk & everything has been leak proof since.
