Description of Work: After dealing with another waterproofing company for 18 months with no positive results (and a sizable amount of money spent), I finally called Perma Seal. They came out, assessed the situation, suggested a few other things I might want done(to which I agreed), gave me a very reasonable quote and a service date. They came on the agreed service date and did all the work requested. They were professional, got the work done, were extremely respectful, answered all our questions and let us know if we had further questions or needed information to feel free to call. Since they were here, I have had absolutely NO problems with leaking or seepage. I only wish I had called them originally and saved $$$$ and a lot of aggravation.

Description of Work: They installed an exterior flood control system with ejector pump and dedicated electrical outlet for pump. Installation went smoothly with no problems or surprises. The install crew were very professional and communication on what to expect and when was excellent. Since all plumbing and electrical services are done in house there was no delay in coordinating the work that had to be done. Also, communication with the home office on scheduling and building permits was again excellent.

Description of Work: Video taped my sewer line to the street, only they didn't do the sewer line inside of my house only from the catch basin, which was incomplete as far as I am concerned.

Description of Work: They filled above ground cracks in the foundation outside and inside where possible. It went great. I called twice because I did not notice some cracks when they came the first time. They were extremely accommodating.
