The process was pretty simple; our estimator Andrew was knowledgeable and thorough and recommended the simplest/most cost effective fix. The cost was reasonable. The crack was fixed the following week. The water leaking through the crack immediately stopped.

Worked with Jason on setting me up with a humidity control system for the basement of my 1940s home. Difference is night and day. I can now safely store my music instruments in the basement. Goodbye funky basement smell!

I had first learned about Perma-Seal after seeing Lou Manfredini rave about it on WGN Morning News. I finally decided to make the call to get a large crack in my basement repaired. I spoke with Kim and told her I was interested in having work done at my house last Thursday 2/18/21. Jackie got me on the schedule that same day, Sergio came out Saturday for my consultation, my appointment was booked that day, and on Wednesday 2/24/21, Andres showed up to my house to repair the crack. Everything was done within a week of me making that call. Not only that, but Sergio saw that my furnace was leaking and fixed it for me since he knew I was waiting on my HVAC guy to show up. Our technician, Jacob Gross, discovered that our backup pump motor was not functioning due to motor failure. We agreed to replace the pump and also install a check valve. We were pleased because the pump and valve were replaced during the maintenance visit and did not require a separate appointment While here Jacob also provided estimates for future projects that we will consider. All tasks were completed within an approximate two hour appointment. We have worked with Jacob on other projects and are impressed with his knowledge, efficiency and respectfulness.

From the exact quote by Andrew Casper to the arrival and completion by Enrique and his partner, everything was done as promised on time. Very impressed with the attention to detail making sure everything was done correctly. The remainder of the job will be completed in April. We are looking forward to the same professional, on time, detailed work. We hope the same crew will be available.

I met Devin Rhoades through a client while inspecting a home and he gave me a few business cards. I have called him 3 times now to meet with other clients of mine to inspects house they are buying/selling. He has been able to come out with a day or two at most and very flexible on time. His inspections are super thorough including crawling through a very tight ugly crawl space. Super satisfied with his inspections and explanations to my clients saving them problems down the road.

Very accommodating company. Responded to all my questions and concerns, treated my home with the utmost respect and left it clean. The room was a bedroom carpeted by prior owners. When I removed the carpet, it uncovered a nightmare. The room used to be part of the garage. The previous owners left the oil spills. dirt, and cracks and just covered it with carpet. Soooooo disgusting. Perma seal ground out the cracks, pumped poly foam underneath for support, sealed the cracks, ground them to level them, and it even looks like they tried to clean up the disgusting oil spills left by previous owners. (I'll be doing additional scrubbing). I will wait for spring thaw to assess its waterproofness before I order my new floor. See before and after shots.

A technician arrived in less than 24 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problems -- failures of both the primary and backup pumps. Thank goodness I called. If we had experienced a significant rainfall, we would have had water destroy our finished basement. The technician efficiently completed the system replacement in less than 2 hours. We now are confident that we can enjoy our finished basement with no worries about water damage; and we will definitely have annual inspections from Perma-Seal, so that we don't approach the disaster that we just missed.

Robert Barscewski of Permaseal worked with us on a creative solution to a persistent water problem in a recently acquired home. We had taken several steps to solve it. Our earlier efforts reduced the problem, but Robert came up with an approach that brought the issue to an end. Now it can rain and I don't wake up in the middle of the night, worried about what I will find in the morning.

In turned out that we didn’t need Permaseal’s help for our specific problem, but he worked diligently to determine what might have been causing our issue and suggest potential solutions (in terms a layman like myself could understand).
