Description of Work: I got a quote of $8,000.00 to dig my basement up to install interior drainage tile. Reliable Basement came over discovered exterior drains that were covered, and fixed the problem for free. This stopped the puddles in the basement when it rains. Permaseal didn't properly or thoroughly diagnose the problem cost effectively. I highly recommend Reliable, Hands down!

Description of Work: They came to put a pump in the front yard and ran a tractor over the line. They bent the pipe away from the main line. They were supposed to check it the following year and tried to charge me twice for an issue that they caused. They are not returning my calls at this time.

Description of Work: They did quite a lot. They helped me fix a leak, and they hammered out some of the floor, put in new piping and a new sump pump. The turn around is kinda slow, but I guess they're really busy. Once you get them out, they're really good. Other than everything was great. Quality of work was fantastic and great customer service. I worked with John, the estimator. He had a lot of experience and has actually built houses. I did a lot studying before going with them. He sold me on the project because of his experience and it turned out quiet well.

Description of Work: We where looking into installing a back flow sewer valve system. We paid $250 for the camera line feed. We never heard back from them. After two weeks passed I called them and told them we had the camera feed and the sales person told us someone would contact us. They said the sales guy who original came out to the house would be giving us a call. We never got that call.

Description of Work: We had structural bracing of basement walls done. I had to show them what to do as the foreman had not communicated properly with the representative. The work done was average, several things were missed and they had to come back two more times to fix the issues. On the third visit, a manager came to "supervise", but only ended up trying to sell us more services for a non-discounted price!
