I called Perma-Seal for a Foundation Crack in my home. James came out to evaluate the problem, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and even came with his own clogs to enter my home. I must say James performed a very comprehensive analysis of the problem, he spent nearly an hour and a half mapping out my basement and inspecting the exterior of the house even in a slight drizzle. He reached out to his colleagues for input and when done explained the problem and solutions professionally and with video presentations of the process. Jame’s professionalism and attention to detail was impressive along with being very courteous and respectful of my property.

We were very pleased with the fine work done by Alex and James from Permaseal. They evened out the sunken sidewalks and trimmed near-by bushes to complete the job. The work site was cleaned and we felt Alex and James did an excellent job.

Brian S came out to give me an estimate on my window wells. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend using Perma Seal in the future.

Brian S did a great job diagnosing issues with my water heater. He was able to schedule one of their plumbers to come out and install a new water heater the next day. I would highly recommend Perma Seal for any future waterproofing and plumbing needs.

Good, though it took a bit longer to diagnose than expected. Don’t know if technician was relatively new or just overly analytical. Closing out the case with estimates of new unrelated work took a lot of time on his computer. He was certainly professional in every respect and he was a great communicator. Answered all my questions in terms I could understand.

George came out promptly and did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and provided options on what can be done. The insulation work was performed by Jesus who also found and fixed two foundation cracks. Encapsulation was done by Juan's team and they all did a great job. They were able to perform all the work with a very narrow opening into the crawlspace and were also able to fit in the dehumidifier. After installation there was a minor issue with the dehumidifier and Craig came right away to fix it. Great experience and I'd definitely use their services in the future if need be.

An excellent transaction with Tom, our sales representative. Only concern is the delay in delivering the service. Hoping there will be a cancellation to bring this to completion.

Andrew Casper was our consultant and he took our long decision process in strides. We asked lots of questions and he answered them professionally and patiently throughout the process. Isiah and Manuel did the work for two days at our home. They were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional through the entire process. They also answered all my questions, leaving me with no uncertainty on how things would work. I would definitely use them again.

Team was great. Crew chief Tomas was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Team was extremely clean and didn’t have to enter or exit the home through the main floor. All materials were brought in through basement access window.

Went great. Our PermaSeal Tech Rob was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He reviewed the interior basement and then also walked the exterior to get a full picture of the issue. He presented all options and let us know which services would be required and which were optional. Sent us the quote we discussed that same night which included financing options.

They did have to come out a second time due some settling; other than that the process was great! Chris Brayton was fantastic to work with!
