We bought a big deal with assured air for air duct cleaning and had a very good experience. The technician was very professional and was prompt when starting and ending the job. He also did a good job cleaning after the job was completed. I highly recommend the company and intend to use them in the future.

The service was completed quite a while ago, but the job went perfectly from start to finish. Got an excellent quote, quick installation, and a good product. I was completely satisfied with everything, and have recommended them to other home owners in my area who also have older houses that can't install standard AC. We have used Assured Air for subsequent AC inspections post installation, and they would be our first call should we ever need service.

They called and explained that the deal would not work since it is for the replacement of an existing air conditioner rather than just installing a new one.

Technician came on time and was very professional. He installed a while house humidifier and made sure he answered all my questions. Installation was very clean and good. Technician cleaned up after him and didn't leave any trash. The only comment is that he installed the humidifier water line on the cold line, I asked him and he said this is this is the best way to do it. I've seen it installed on the hot lines only, so if you want more humidity it's best to install on hot line and tell him before he begins. I would use them again for other work.

Great and professional service. The new humidifier with digital display control is just what I needed. Guys only took few hours to finish up the work and everything looks and works great.

We bought this Angies List Big Deal back in november, but The Polar Vortex prevented the service until today. (4/17/2014) I spoke with Assured Air several times over the winter and was assured that our deal would not expire Sergio did a great job! He explained the whole process and was extremely clean with both the set up and clean up. Sergio arrived around 9:30 and left at 2:00 pm. Thorough out, Sergio was polite and professional.

I purchased the Big Deal for Assured Air, Ltd.

Sergio arrived on time as scheduled. He explained the process. The equipment used appeared to be more than adequate for the job. The job was scheduled to take at least 3 hours but ran almost 5 hours with the 30 minute dryer vent cleaning. I was instructed to replace the air filter in 2 weeks.

Everything was as promised and everything went the way it should.

Called Assured Air in morning, was told they could come out later in the day to diagnose problem. Technician ran a little late due to previous job, however, he was very prompt in calling us to let us know ahead of time, which was great... so many service companies don't call if they are running late. When he arrived, Sergio, the technician, was very pleasant and polite. Diagnosed problem, had part in truck and replaced it. Part came with a 5 year warranty, which is great. All fixed in 1/2 hour for a reasonable price... painless. Would definitely recommend and hire again. A+

The gentleman who installed the equipment (furnace and A/C) did an excellent job of installation. It was obvious that he new what he was doing. The furnace heats well but the output volume of warm air out of the duct work is nowhere as good as the unit that was replaced. Consequently, on some real cold days our basement rec-room feels cold and the only solution is to turn the thermostat up higher than the setting that we normally use. I understand that such things as how well the house is insulated and how good the windows are at keeping the cold out will have a bearing on the temperature control. I was told, however, that the lower input therm rating of the new furnace would be made up by the fact that the new furnace was a high efficiency unit. The new furnace - 90+% and the old furnace 80%. The furnace has a variable speed D.C. motor in it and it does occasionally speed up by itself to get the job done. Still it ain't quite the same folks! We haven't tried the A/C yet. It hasn't been hot enough yet for that. I would commend Assured Air LTD for helping us get the rebate that was available at the time of purchase. They filled out all of the forms.

It worked out well. Overall, they were really good. They were professional, they were quick and they were clean. The price came in as quoted and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend them for air conditioning and specifically spacepak installation. They were more competitive than the other quotes that I had. I haven’t turned on the system yet because it is not summer and I may have to get back to that. I am perceiving that the quality of the installation, everything is done well. I haven’t used the air conditioning. I will not be able to test the system for another month or two. Quality grade withheld until summer when unit is activated. It was a very positive experience. I want to make sure when it gets to 80 or 90 degrees, they comeback after tuning that everything works well. I don’t anticipate any problems based on my experience with them.

We left a message that morning with their answering service and they called us around 9 am to say a tech was en route. We had gone out to breakfast (because it was cold) so said we needed extra time to get back home and it wasn't a problem (wasn't like we got bumped down in the queue). Tech came, assessed the issue and was able to repair a part with the pilot light starter. As he was leaving he also gave us a heads up that he looked at the water heater and that it looked like it would go sometime in the near future. (He was right - it went within the month - was extremely old - was helpful that we were earmarking that expense after his heads up. He gave us an estimate for doing that job - but when it did go, someone else was able to do it that day - a weekend of course - and had models that received a Nicor tax credit.)

Carl came out assessed the situation and made recommendations. Once the vents were changed I noticed a little wind noise. I contacted Carl and he promptly returned my messages. He found a replacement vent for the kitchen and the problem was fixed. Great service, fair price, nice people made the experience great.

Our house is about 100 years old, and we have radiator heat with a boiler. I got estimates for central A/C from 7 different companies. Some proposals were for conventional systems (forced air heating and cooling with sheet metal ducts), and some were for SpacePak or similar systems. I was reluctant to make a complete shift from radiator heat to forced air, and have to add all that duct work, just to get central A/C. The SpacePak system lets us keep the radiators, and still get central A/C. SpacePak uses narrow, flexible ducts that look like giant "octopus arms." Since they are skinny, they just go between the walls. So it is a big plus that there is very little disruption of layout, and hardly any loss of storage space (closets, etc.). Assured Air was very competitive price-wise, and I liked how he brought samples of the product and photos to show me. The project was started on time, and finished ahead of schedule (5 days completion instead of 6)! I am looking forward to Spring and Summer (of 2013), to really test it out.

It was pretty good each time they were out here. They went over everything in detail, recommendations and how to even do some maintenance myself so I don’t have to call them, some minor stuff. With respect to punctuality, they were here within 15 minutes of the scheduled window.

They installed spaecpak in our 100 year old home in Western Suburbs. This is not a cheap product, but their quote was very reasonable and cheaper than one provider by several thousand dollars. They spent a lot of time working up the right equipment and placement of the piping. The install was complicated since it was spacepak and they were onsite for several days which I appreciated since they didn't seem to be rushing to get the equipment installed. Very professional and I would use again. Spacepak is noisier and won't make your house as frigid as traditional A/C but we knew that going in and love radiotor heat. I have definitely not second guessed using Assured or getting Spacepak.

I thought he was excellent, clean and did a good job. Also, I thought he had competitive pricing.
