We needed some of our interior rooms painted as we were getting ready to put our house on the market. We called Blair and he was very quick at getting back to us by phone. He came right out and gave us an estimate and we hired him on the spot based on the previous glowing reviews of his work on Angies list. All of the reviews proved to be true. Blair and his crew are excellent. They are neat, hard-working, diligent, and very pleasant to have in your home. The work they do is top-notch! Once we saw the quality of work that he and his crew performed we wanted to hire him for more painting jobs we had. He promised us that if he had a rain day he would work us in and that is exactly what happenend. We had hoped he would have time to strip some wallpaper off for us and paint that as well but he was so swamped with work he did not have time so he took a few minutes and taught me how to take the wallpaper off myself and even let me use his supplies while he was at our home painting that day. While he painted I stripped our wallpaper off and I would frequently call him in to ask him questions about removing the paper to make sure I was doing it right. He was patient and a great teacher! It was pretty impressive that he was willing to help us in that way! He knew we were under a time crunch with getting our house ready to sell and he went above and beyond in helping us in any way he could. Needless to say he has our highest recommendation because we could not be happier with the quality of his work and the kind of person he is to work with.

Blair is a great guy! He and his crew are prompt, neat and careful. The price I listed was just for the living room but it was a huge room and they had to remove wallpaper border from a cathedral arch. I proceeded to have them do other work for us and I couldn't have been happier. Phone calls were promptly returned and they were right on time. When they left there was nothing left for me to do. It was an exceptional experience! I wouldn't trust anyone else.

They were terrific - meticulous, friendly, accommodating. They installed new lights for us while they were at it, bought and installed new switch plates (at no extra charge) and even fixed a broken file cabinet that we hadn't been able to take care of ourselves. Everything was left in great condition. Our house has many places where the painted walls abut unpainted wood features, and their work was very, very precise. We absolutely will use them again to finish the job next year. The price seemed high, but was very fair considering the size and complexity of the work, the quality of the work, and the sheer about of time they put in.

We contacted them in the winter, around Christmas time, to get a quote for house painting. The representative was very easily available, promptly returned phone calls, and generated a quote within a few days. We selected Picasso and Sons based on previous good reviews and the reasonable quote. They scheduled us for mid-June, weather permitting, and this is when the work commenced. The painters showed up everyday at the times they said they would. The work was done thoroughly and the finished product looks great. If anything goes wrong with the paint job in the next 4 years, they will fix it free of charge. The best part was how easy they were to work with, and that they did lots of little "extras" with no extra hassle (or charge) to us. They painted a small metal railing, painted the front door, and fixed/replaced some downspout brackets. This was a great experience and we would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Blair and Scott were promptly on-site every morning and worked diligently throughout the day. They were were very neat and precise and cleaned up completely every day. Picasso and Sons provided an additional 4 year warranty. I am so happy with their work, I intend to have them work on the interior of my home next Spring. Kudos to a terrific team!

They worked very quickly, they were very neat, they cleaned up everything when they were done. They did not make a huge mess with things flooded everywhere. They were very professional, they were on time and they were able to do the painting on the days that were best for us. So they worked to our schedule. They would have smacked a few holes here and there but they did mainly painting. Price wise there was one lower bid but that lower bid would not have given the same quality. I have recommended them to two other people and we would use them in the future.We were happy with this company.

Overall an excellent job. They showed up on time, worked quickly and were extremely neat. Both rooms look great and I will use them again.

We hired Picasso and Sons to re-paint the exterior of our house, which included a large amount of trim work (Tudor style with many boards). Blair and his team did a top-notch job, once again. We first hired them a few years ago to paint our first house. In both cases, they were proactive about replacing a few rotted boards that we didn't even know about, and the detail work (trim, windows) was very clean. There are cheaper painters in town, but having been burned by college painters a couple of years ago when we needed some trim touched up, we have learned that it's worth the money to hire professionals. We will hire Picasso and Sons again when the time comes.

I got a bid from my usual C-U painter but it was $3800 plus extra labor for the wallpaper. This is a rental unit and I can't make money if I pay that much for painting. So I checked Angie's List, got Picasso's info and phoned. He gave an oral estimate of $1300-1400 over the phone. When my apt manager and he looked at the job, it needed some wallpaper removed and so the price went up to $1660. The work was scheduled and completed on time and on budget. I'm thoroughly happy.

They were punctual and worked steady to finish the job in a timely fashion. We plan to have them paint the interior of the house at some point in the future. They painted my in-laws condo interior and did a great job also.

They were really good, fast and efficient. They were helpful and responded to phone calls fairly quickly.

Blair and the crew did a top-notch paint job on our house and were very knowledgeable when we had questions. They even installed new lighting fixtures (supplied by us) at no additional charge. We will hire them again for our next house.
