Professional, signed contract, friendly, showed up when they said they would, kept area neat and clean, excellent work removing the wallpaper, preparing the walls and painting. Would highly recommend.

This is a great group. They are very professional and spend the time assessing the job which really impressed me and influenced my decision to work with them. They are very patient and not the least bit overbearing, They also pay attention to detail. I continue to try and find work for them because I trust their opinion and integrity. Picasso did a really nice job. They spent a lot of extra time smoothing the ceilings after the popcorn removal and the walls after wallpaper removal, and they look really good. These are really professional people. The crew works wonderfully well together. They seem really invested in the job. They consult each other when they come across something unusual. Two words to describe them would be "professional" and "wholesome." Over a week's time I did not hear one swear word or off-color joke. I was very comfortable having them in my home. Their pricing was in line with to a bit lower than others. I would certainly use them again.

They were fantastic, I highly recommend them! The owner Blair was very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. He was good at communicating throughout the entire process. They were very accomodating in working out times to do the estimate, apply samples, and performing the actual work. They were always punctual. Blair was patient in helping me pick out colors and showing me samples even as I was changing my mind at the last minute. They were considerate of working around people and pets in the house. Every day they left the house clean. Most importantly to me, Blair and his guys are just really nice to work with. The drywall repairs and paint look great. I definitely like that the owner performs the work himself with his full-time employees. You can tell that they really care about doing a great job and have a lot of experience. They went out of their way to make everything look as good as possible. Blair even added a piece of trim between my shower stall and floor tile because there was a huge gap, free of charge! He also painted my bathroom closet free of charge as well. I couldn't be happier and have been telling everyone that I know to hire them!

It went extremely well. They painted my elderly mothers house. I live hundreds of miles away and was not able to help move or organize things. They went out of their way to move furniture, clean out closets and then return everything back to original. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and clean.

Blair did an awesome job on my home. He left the entire color wheel so I could take my time choosing the paint colors to get the perfect shades. He answered my many questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. The work is impeccable and every detail was considered. I was having the wood floors refinished at the same time but Blair worked with the finisher so my home could be completed in a timely manner with no conflicts. I could not be happier with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him to even the most discerning individual.

They did an excellent job. No complaints. They were very professional. They came when they said they would and finished on time. They cleaned up and even vacuumed the floors. We will sure have them back for any future jobs.

Blair and his co worker stripped and sanded window trim and repainted our master bathroom. The window trim job required stripping paint poorly applied by a previous contractor. They sanded and primed and made the trim look like new. And they weren't satisfied with "good enough"--they made it as good as new. On the second window trim job, they repainted the door next to the window so that there wasn't an obvious paint mismatch between their job and the previous painters. Just as important, they were professional, polite, punctual, and cleaned up after the job was done.

Blair did a fantastic job on a paint - on top of - wood paneling - on top of - plaster kitchen wall. I had no idea how he was going to patch a huge 3' X 2' hole in this type of wall and make it look like new after plumbers cut a hole to access the sewer pipe inside. Blair, as always exceeded my expectations and made the wall look like nothing ever happened. He even sent me pictures of his work because I am out-of-state. Picasso and Son's is fantastic!

We are super happy with their work, very professional, timely, clean. Every day they cleaned up before leaving, so you couldn't tell they'd been there. Great work done. We would definitely hire the again.

The entire job took exactly a week. First the shutters and downspouts were removed and the entire house and soffits were power washed. All of the exposed wood was primed and caulk was applied to holes, gaps and cracks. All of the soffits were painted, all of the downspouts were painted and all the wooden siding was painted and four windows were also primed and painted. Tarps were used when power washing catching all paint chips. The worksite was cleaned up at the end of every work day. All shutters and downspouts were reinstalled. The work site was checked at the end of the job and a power vac picked up any paint chips. This was a totally satisfactory paint job and all the exterior work carries a 4 year warranty.

We received several cost proposals for an extensive repainting of the interior of our home. Picasso's price was very competitive and their proposed scope of work and procedures assured us that we would be getting a good job. We were not disappointed. They were diligent workers and worked long days to finish their work in time for our flooring contractor to move in and install new carpeting and hardwood flooring to meet our renovation schedule. They demonstrated an eager willingness to work with us regarding some last minute changes. They were punctual, professional and cleaned up their work area after each day's efforts. Blair and Scott are two fine young men who take a lot of pride in their work and want their customers to be satisfied. I would hire them again without hesitation!

Blair is fantastic. He was the fastest painter to give me an estimate for this and other work. He was very detailed and clear in his estimate, which he sent over email. He was able to start within 2 weeks or so and the job was complete in 1 day. He even sent me pictures of the work since I live out of state. Blair knew the best paint and primer combination to use for the masonry as well as the concrete floor. He was fast, clean, knowledgeable, and experienced. Simply fantastic!

They did a first-rate job. You cannot tell that there was ever a wallpaper strip near the ceiling,.

Blair and his team were the best! Blair was very responsive in initially meeting with my parents and spent quite a bit of time discussing with them the entire project. There were several prep issues and Blair and his team made the walls look as good as new. They beat the handyman to the job and removed all the necessary electrical components and mirrors on their own! Blair gave my parents regular updates over the phone (my parents are in the process of relocating) and was already very pleasant and professional. The walls look wonderful by the way.

Admittedly it was a bad time of year; they had a lot of jobs already in progress. We exchanged phone messages several times and they came out and did an estimate before we had actually talked. The estimate wasn't for quite what we wanted done, and was a bit high. We ended up using another contractor.

It was a pleasure to work with Blair. He was very responsive and gave me options so we could stay within my budget. I did not get bids from other companies, so I do not know whether this was the cheapest bid I could have gotten (so I wasn't sure whether to put the price as A or B), but I decided it was worth it to get a professional result. They worked incredibly efficiently. We are happy with the result and would definitely hire them again.

I was impressed with him on the quote. It was very complete and I was told they do a pretty decent job. It just n ever turned out that we hired them. They said we can pick and choose all that we wanted done and I guess they are pretty busy, they said it would be a while before they could get to work, so if we wanted to do it in bits and pieces they can work that way. All in all, it's for my Mom's house and so I don't really have final authority, it's not my money.

Blair and Scott are true professionals who care about details. Actually, before I started using Picasso and Sons I didn't realize that there is truly a difference between and quot;paintersand quot; and and quot;professional painters.and quot; Although I hired them to do what was supposed to be a few bedrooms, I was so pleased with the results that I continued to add more and more rooms. What was supposed to be a one day job was extended to a multiple-day job so that now I am nearly done with all of the painting on my and quot;to doand quot; list. Blair and Scott don't just slop on a few coats of paint and call it finished; they repair the surface imperfections so that the walls look better than brand new. I used to think I was a pretty good painter and should be doing this kind of task myself. Never again. I now know I was a horrible painter compared to what Blair and Scott do. This is the second time that I have hired them. It is so easy to work with them that I'm now looking around the house to determine what else I want to have them do.

Everything about this job exceeded my expectations. It was as if I would return from work to magically transformed rooms. Not a shred of evidence that they'd even been there, except that the walls had been smoothed out and changed color. I highly recommend them.

Picasso and Sons work was high-quality and excellent. All of the interior painting work Blair and Scott did was done professionally from start to finish. They arrived on-time every morning, arranged painter's tarps daily, and did a full cleanup at the end of the job. Blair, the company owner, and Scott did a lot more for me above and beyond the paint job, with no extra charge. For example, they removed the existing under-cabinet light for the kitchen sink and then installed the new one I bought; they removed and repaired and then painted an ugly large wall-mounted telephone jack cutout -- approximately 10and quot; by 12and quot; - and it's totally invisible now; touched-up some trim that had not been specified in Blair's bid; sealed caulking on several windows -- again, not specified in the bid. Blair was very patient and answered my many concerns and questions. I will certainly hire Picasso and Sons again for other rooms in my 2-story house. I highly recommend them.

They came out in a timely fashion for both the estimate and the work. The work they did was unbelievably efficient, professional and beautiful. They were pleasant to work with, and we admire our house every day! I have no idea whether the price they charged would be considered high or not. It was more than I expected to pay (but not more than their estimate), but I am so pleased with the quality and efficiency of their work that I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was very happy with Picasso and Sons Painters, and would highly recommend them to everyone. Blair was really easy to work worth, and was both flexible and very conscientious regarding detail work. The wall paper removal in the bathroom was a mess, but they repaired all the wall damage and in the end they left it looking great. Overall the job was a little more expensive than I had hoped, but well worth it. In my previous home town I had terrible experiences with painters, and had sworn off letting anyone else paint any surface I could do myself. But I now plan to use Picasso and Sons for all future painting projects as long as I live in Champaign.
