Description of Work: The only comment I have to make is I did not like that they cleaned the windows in my kitchen on my throw rug and the dirty and liquid fell on that. The other windows they put a towel down when they cleaned them. They were quick and respectful. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Hans arrived a bit early. He was friendly and informed me of how he was going about cleaning the windows. He worked quickly and my windows are shining. He noted a few screens that need replacement and offered to take them for repair for a reasonable amount. He was very thorough. I am very pleased and would use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Although there was a mix-up on the initial scheduled date, they were prompt and ready to go the next day, very apologetic about the mix-up.  + -1 moreFirst time getting gutters cleaned. Went as described. Turned out to be a really quick affair - they would have been done within 30 min had it not been for the fact that they got a hose stuck in one of the gutters. They were using the hose pipe to clean the gutters and it got stuck in it. Spent another 20 min trying to get it out - finally had to open the gutter drain pipe and wedge it out. No harm done - just spent some extra time. After spending time in cleaning the 2nd story gutter they commented that they did not find much dirt up there - lesson for me is that the next time I should put my ladder and clear the first floor gutters on my own and save $80 in the process. Overall, cant complain about the service - did the job well.
Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters. Standard price for a 2 story house $80. Came on time and performed the work as promised.

 + 0 moreWe had a bit of a shaky start. They were supposed to be at the house at 8:30. At 9:15, they hadn't showed and I called the office. I was told one of their trucks had broken down and they would need to reschedule. I was disappointed no one had called to inform me sooner. As it turned out, we were able to reschedule for that same afternoon and all went well. Showed up on time, did a great job, and I will use them again.
Description of Work: Washed windows & screens, inside and out, and cleaned gutters and replaced gutter guards. ($105 for gutters and replacing gutter guards & $125 for windows & screens)

 + -1 moreTom's Cleaning Service arrived promptly and within a short period of time removed all the leaf litter, carrying it away from our premises. Downspouts were tested by pouring several buckets of water to be sure they were free and clear. Fast, thorough and worth every $. I'm scheduling him now for the fall.
