Had to have him re-do the kitchen windows. Did not insert mullions correctly, so we had to take both kitchen windows apart and push the mullions in so the enclosed shade would go down properly. Screens on other windows were not clipped back in; just left laying loose in the window with maybe one clip latched. One upstairs screen was found to be bent and you could see where a tool had been wedged in to pull the screen off the window. I know that this screen was not like this before cleaning because it is a relatively new window (2 years) and my husband and I had done all the previous cleanings. This was a tip in window which can be cleaned from the inside, but he cleaned them from the outside, necessitating pulling the screen out the wrong way. Looks after he bent one screen, he realized he had to take the others out from the inside. None of my windows are as clean as they could be. Will not use again.

Price seemedfair and reasonable for work done. has nice guarantee of complete satisfaction. worker arrived on the dot as scheduled. wasted no time. scheduling was fast and easy over the phone after I purchased the angies list special on line. I expect to use them again. next year.

In both cases, the workers worked diligently to do the assigned work. In the case of the worker who cleaned the gutters, I asked for proof that they were free and clear of any obstruction, and was given proper proof. This was important to me since I own clog free gutters which have turned out not to be clog free. Since I had to pay extra for have this type of gutter, I wanted the reassurance this work was complete. I felt the workers were professional and accommodated my requests.

I am not so sure one window had some spots. The price on Angie’s List was $99. The person was ok.

This was a $95 big deal purchase. I remember they were very thorough, but that is really all I remember. Everything turned out fine. They were thorough in the areas they got to but I have had better service from other providers. The guys that came out were very pleasant, but I don't think they were that well trained.

They were fine. They advertised differently. It was misleading. I purchased and I ended up spending twice as much for my house because every little window is a window. They were okay. I think there are better ones out there. They did not clean the window sills very well. They were two young guys. They were nice. They were fine. I did not think they were professionals. They were just temporary helps. I wouldn't recommend them. I just think that everybody is as average as they are.

It went well arrived on time, mu husband was impressed and it's like looking through glass... only 1 glitch, he failed to put screen back in in the upper bedroom windows, otherwise getting your windows cleaned is an absolute must, people...

We had two rainouts and the company was proactive in rescheduling. On the day the service was provided, the two workers arrived on time and worked steadily. They explained the plan and completed the work well--we are happy with the result.

The crew was prompt. They were pleasant. They were very quick. We have two straight runs, 40' each, of gutter. However, unlike the previous service we hired for the same fee, they did not take the bags with them. There was some clog (very little) in the gutter. They were very pleasant, but I would not go with them again having experienced better service elsewhere.

They did a good job, but they were late. Said they'd be there between 9-10, and showed up at 10:30. Then, after half hour of work, they leisurely took a smoke break. Also, the guys were nice enough, but as I was sitting there, they carried on conversation with themselves that wasn't professional...

He called to ask if it was ok to come early. I was out but he said he'd start on the outside. When I came home, he was cleaning my screen door. It Is great having clean Windows.

He did an absolutely wonderful job. He took his time, did it right, and my windows sparkle like they never have before. The windows look brand new. He was professional,courteous, and one could see how dedicated he was to do a good job.We are very happy with the service we received.

There is a reason I gave all AA's for this company. The young man who came out, Lowe was his name (sorry if I am spelling it wrong) was right on time and ready to work. He was fantastic, he listened to what we needed, smiled and said no problems. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. A great contractor you can trust.

They were a little lay e, but the office let me know. 10-15 is. It a big deal. They were very efficient and got the work done quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly

The windows were ok, they missed a few that we had them go back and do. The Angie's list deal was to clean the sills as well and none of them had been wiped down. We asked them to come back in and do those again. The said that they don't scrub them, but we could run a finger across and get a lot of dust so they hadn't been wiped at all. They also cleaned the screens inside our house which deposited a lot of debris on our floors that we subsequently cleaned up ourselves. Overall not a great experience, at least the windows are reasonably clean. *EDIT* After further review in the evening we have found hand prints on windows, some were not cleaned at all (and I paid extra over the package to cover the extra windows), one of the cleaners stood on our furniture to clean the windows and stepped on some items in our house. My wife also heard one of the staff members say to his partner (after we called them back in to touch up) that it was good enough and to hurry up so they could get out of here. They were in such a hurry to leave I didn't get a chance to pay them the balance or give them a tip. Luckily, in that matter, they did me a favor. All in all not a great experience and I would not recommend them.

It was good. The windows are clean. The price was good and this is special. They called me up and said they would be here in 15 minutes but they were here after an hour. They were good window washers and I had nothing against them.

Timely response and service when contacted. The scheduling was efficient, and they performed better than others we have used. They were careful to clean up, protected our house and plants during the process, and at our request they removed leaf guard baskets that were causing problems because of our many overhanging trees.

I called on Sep 10 and they came the very next day. Only took him about 45 minutes, and as far as I can see from the ground, they did a great job! The cleaning was long overdue and there were trees starting to grow in the gutters, and now they are all gone. Will very likely use them again.

We use them every year for gutter cleaning and also for window washing.

Quick, easy, and efficient.

The did a horrible job washing our windows. I ended up redoing them all. They didn't even wipe down the frames or sills. They refused to wash the insides because of the wood inserts.

They were good. They had scheduled for one day, and they didn't have the equipment with them, so we had to wait for another day. Their prices were reasonable.

Very professionally done. I have a very tall house with difficult to reach gutters & downspouts. The service was done quickly and well. I've used Thomas Window Cleaning in the past and I'll use them again.
