They do good work but are pretty pricey. We had to pay extra to have the sump ground.

It was fine. They were knowledgeable, they showed up on time and did everything neatly.

We've been doing that for 10 years or more. We're very happy with them. They just leave on the door that they've been here. They're one of the oldest companies in the tree business and certainly one of the most respected. They're located all around the country.

They did a great job. I have no complaints. I would absolutely use them in the future. I have recommended them to other people.

It turned out very well. It was excellent. It was exactly what we hoped it would look. We were quite satisfied with it. They were out here and they did what we asked and they were cutting away, and got rid of a whole bunch of junk.

It went well. It was a very routine service. There was nothing exceptional about it. They are a reputable company in the forestry area. They are probably competitive with everybody else in that field. They were responsive.

They did a pretty good job, some times the followup wasn't there. I had to kind of go back to them again and again to get some followups done. But other than that, they're friendly and provide a good service. That's the only negative thing I had with them. I had some issues with trimming the trees. One of the trees was dead, so I was trying to get some feedback from them. So it was kind of back and forth. The followup skills were very lacking for a manager that I was dealing with. That's kind of a negative for me. For this kind of a company, I would expect their followup skills to be better, especially if they're looking for reviews, they should maintain that as well. They should build their relationship with clients and also do better followup with their clients and make sure that they provide good service.

It turned out okay. They could have been more proactive in their thinking and planning for us. We've had them out for a couple of years.

It was fine. I can't tell until I see the results of the fertilization.

It was fine. They just stopped by the other day to check out our tree and said there's no problem with them now and nothing needed to be done. They're prompt, knowledgeable and we thought fair priced. The spraying they did treated the trees.

It was great. They did a wonderful job. They are very reliable. They show up when they say they are going to show. They have very qualified, professional people. They have an Arborist that isn't just a couple of people that have a truck and take down the trees. They know how to trim the trees. I have recommended them to other people if they really want a knowledgeable company to work with. They are a little higher priced than the average, but we are willing to pay it because of the quality and expertise involved.

It was fine. My husband deals with them. He hasn't had any complaints at all. I thought they were fine. We've used them every year. I think he didn't like the way the tree was pruned or something. I didn't have any problems.

We were fine with them. They did a great job. They met their commitments. They were efficient and they cleaned up.

They did a terrific job. It was a very reasonable price. They did it beautifully and they did beautiful clean up. They had machines that could drive across the grass and not kill up the grass. They were really very professional.

I didn't like it. I wasn't satisfied with them. The workers came out, the didn't do what, the job was bush trimming and shaping. And the number of lilac bushes they were supposed to cut in a specific way and they didn't do it. But most of all the problem was that these bushes are planted in beds that are covered with landscape stone okay. And it's difficult but when you clean up often times you rake the stone out of the beds which they did do and the problem was they didn't rake it back so in general I could just caption that as poor clean up service. And I called them back and it's really an annoyance to have to rate these things back so I did call them and tell them I wasn't satisfied with the clean up that they did and there were two people in the original crew one was raking up the stones out of the lawn and attempting to rake them back the other fellow he kind of crouched down on his haunches and he picked up one stone at a time from the lawn and tossed it back into flower bed so he was being a jerk because that isn't the way you would clean it up, you get a rake, you rake it back into the bed so he was being a jerk. I was very unhappy with the way they treated me and originally I knew I spent too much money with seven hundred and fifty dollars but it was very hot here in the nineties here it's been hot all summer and I was ill and this was the first time ever I will let somebody cut my bushes and for that kind of money it should have been done perfect I told them I expected a good job because of the money that I had spent and the only good thing I say they gave me an hundred dollars off but I feel like they over charge me anyways, so I was totally unhappy with them, I wouldn't hire them again, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody I know, was if somebody I hated. There was another thing they were suppose to call me the day before they came, they never called me. I was upset and the guy told me go please I hope you find peace with yourself I said peace.

It was fine. I stopped using them. They switched representative some time in the middle of our service. They were going to come out and perform the service. We never got, like, a heads up that they were going to come out and spray the tree or do whatever. They just kind of did it.

The service turned out very good, we do agree that the service turned out good with Davey yes, yes it did, they did a good job on two trees on the lot and we were quite pleased with it.

Oh, it was just fine. They were very sweet. I had another tree that had come down from something else and they got out there and stump grinned it for me and it wasn't a job of their own so they were very nice. It was very good the customer service they were efficient, they were timely, they were clean.

They were excellent. The gentleman's name who came to my house is AJ. They were awesome. They were a little expensive. I would absolutely use them in the future. The young man did an awesome work. They're very reputable company in this area.

I have the best possible things to say about them. We've lived in this house for 23 years, and we've had our share of tree people. In the past, we've run into trouble with others. Davey Tree is wonderful! Cathy is our representative and she's very thorough. The companies fees are very reasonable. We would highly recommend them. Every representative and every worker that we've had has been very respectful of our property. We really can't say enough about them.

It worked out fine. They were good, they did a fine job.

They did a really good job. They were really good. If I needed them again, I would use them again. The price was reasonable. It wasn't the best price but it wasn't the worst price. They scheduled on time and they completed everything. They cleaned up. Everything was great.

It went just fine. I use them on an ongoing basis over the year. The best is that they are very knowledgeable about trees and what's needed on the trees. They always call before they come out. If there's a service that I don't necessarily want, they call before they come out so that I can cancel. That's all good positive stuff. I don't have any negative stuff. They were the better priced than some of the other people that I talked to about trimming trees.
