They did good. They were courteous, helpful with our questions and came on time.

I just met with an Arborist from their outfit. He was professional, but their cost factor took them out. I might use them again depending on their quote or what I would need done.

They seem to be proactive in whatever they do for example the fall trimming they make sure that it's trim for the burst growth for spring.

They have been fabulous. Fair prices. They actually have an arborist and will come out and consult. They maintain good records. Prune large tree in the front of the house. They remember that you are a customer. We had damage from a storm and a tree fell on my fence and my neighbors shed. They were able to get back to me and schedule work within the week when no one else would give me the time of day.

There were several things they did that I was unhappy with. The whole thing was a difficult project because it kept getting postponed. They damaged our yard in the process. They dropped big limbs in our lawn , which we still have not recovered from. When the guy came to grind the stumps he also left big ruts in the yard, because he didn't put down anything underneath his wheels. They damaged another tree in the process of talking one down. It should not have happened. They just were not careful. It was easily avoidable if they had been more careful. They weren't super cheap, but the price was reasonable. They did a lot of the work well, but made some mistakes. Their responsiveness was really good.

Davey did a great job - removal was prompt, stump removal was so good you could not tell a tree had ever been there. Excellent job in clean up and removal of debris from our yard.

Excellent. The tree experts were exceptionally knowledgeable and provided solutions which saved several trees, and saved us the cost of tree removal.

It was awesome. They were great. I highly recommend them. We've had them out several times. They told us what the other company wasn't doing and charging us. All these trees were dying from a disease and they weren't treated in time so I had them removed. Davey was awesome. They were great. They took the trees down. They grounded the stump out. They cleaned up. They didn't leave a mess. They were great and very professional. They're not cheap but they're not overpriced.

It was fine. I've used them a lot. I haven't used anybody else for a while.

It was really good. There was nothing out of the ordinary. The crew was very polite and neat so there is nothing negative. The response to come out was rather quick. I didn't have to wait a long time. They were a little late because they got lost. They got a little turned around in here but they were only about 20 minutes late so that was pretty good. They did call and say they were in the area but they got a little turned around. By the time they got all the equipment lined up in front of my house, it was only 20 minutes so there's no big deal so I would say they are punctual. I would consider using them only for trees, not for fertilizing.

They are a marvelous company. They really are. They know what they are doing. They have trained people. I have been using them for many years. They really know a lot about trees. They send out qualified people. I don't think they are the cheapest around, but when it comes to trees, I value the trees I have and I would rather someone who knows what they are doing. Even the person who comes out to evaluate, she is so knowledgeable on plants, she really is. They do a good job, they really do. They come right on time. They come when they are supposed to. They clean up beautifully.

I was not happy that I've lost some bushes because of whatever treatment that they're using. It's not a good reply. I lost bushes because they were putting on some kind of chemical. They said it was like nourishment for the tree, the bushes and stuff. I had that and it was not good because it killed my bushes. I've always been happy but this year, whatever their product was was too much for my bushes. The last 3 years have been great. Everything has flourished. This year, everything died and I don't know why. I think they're a great provider. I had a bad situation with the last treatment. It's not that their service was bad. They should analyze my situation better to understand that I didn't need that whatever they gave. Once they gave it, they broke my plants. My plants died after that. It was terrible. I've had these bushes for 18 years and suddenly, they're dead. That bothered me a lot. I don't have a problem with them. They did a very nice tree pruning for me. I think that one product that they used really killed my bushes.

They are excellent and professional. I have used them several times. They clean up very nicely and they always call before they come. They rake and make sure everything is taken away.
