John and his crew did a great job on our porch, sidewalk and driveway addition

Hired them after getting 5 quotes for replacing my concrete driveway. Sam was very honest in his quote. Normally the average price to replace concrete driveway is $5 - $10 per square feet( depends on where you live). Northscape charged me $6.50/sq ft, which is a very reasonable price. Very happy with the job. You need a lot of patience for replacing the driveway as it takes 2 weeks for approval from the village and the weather should also co-operate. I waited a total of 5 weeks to get the job done.

Called 14 other contractors and no one called back. Called Northscape and Sam returned the call promptly. He immediately set up a time to come and review the job. Weather played a factor in delaying the project which in the end proved to be a blessing. Sam and John the owners came out with their crew and finished the job in a timely fashion considering the weather. Their work is phenomenal and their crew is dedicated and hard working. Their cost is extremely competitive and a great value for the $$$'s! We've had many compliments from family, neighbors and friends on the new patio and sidewalk. The prior patio had sagged and water especially in the winter would puddle by the patio door. Thus causing ice and also going into the foundation. That is all gone now! I highly recommend these guys to anyone. Fair, professional and prompt! Great service and most importantly the highest quality of materials. Northscape Enterprises ROCKS!

John and his crew did a great job on our steps. Helped with the design and planning and, being a smaller job, he was able to fit us in between other jobs. Other companies we talked to would not take on a job as small as ours or wanted to overcharge.

Sam from Northscape was very easy to work with. He installed a new driveway, sidewalks and front porch for me. I found his crew to be pleasant and hard working. They showed up when they said they would and made a few changes along the way per my request. Sam did not miss a beat when they were almost done and I asked him to add a step by my patio sliding doors. Everything looks beautiful. Highly recommend.

They took care of everything including getting village permits etc. I needed to wait for 3+ week for the work get done due to busy season, but installation itself had been completed in 3 days. No complain.

Northscape Enterprises removed and replaced a concrete walkway and did an exceptional job. They had to remove some patio brick paver to complete the concrete work and when the concrete was set they returned and relayed the pavers. The whole project is excellant and the price was extremely reasonable. I would use them for future projects and would recommend them to anyone who needs work to be done.

I had an old concrete patio removed and a new one a different size poured. They did a great job and the patio looks great. They were reasonably priced and knowledgeable. They also helped us by trimming some large tree branches when they were here. Once the work was started it was completed in a timely fashion. I would recommend them.

I think they did a wonderful job, however some things changes with my project and was not told about the changes made. In the end they have worked out to my satisfaction but some communication was not as great as it could have been.

John was easy to work with and willing to correct any items brought to his attention. I had a couple of items that needed to be addressed around the brick paver work. He took the needed steps to complete the work as outlined in the contract. John worked with me to meet my timeline for an upcoming graduation party and I appreciated the schedule flexibility.
