Poor customer service.

very professional

Poor customer service and quality. Promised to return to fix several issues with the concrete, but never did and stopped responding to phone calls.

I highly recommend Northscape .John and his crew did a fantastic job redoing my entire backyard, patio and sidewalk. The patio and sidewalk were sloping down about 45 degrees towards my basement after the polar vortex. They removed all of the concrete , raised the dirt, and poured in new concrete. My backyard desperately needed redoing. About 1/3 of it was always flooded after heavy rains. John and his men built a retaining wall on the end of the property to help correct this problem. The yard was also raised and sodded. Everything looks great! This year I plan to have my driveway and sidewalk done along with the front yard. I was very impressed that John worked alongside with his men. I highly recommend Northscape.

John was able to install our concrete patio at the end of last years' construction season when the contractor we had lined up last spring was too busy. He and his crew did an excellent job in a quick manner which allowed us the opportunity to have the new asphalt driveway installed before the plants closed down for the winter. This was huge to us as the old driveway was a mess. John literally saved our project. He is the best and will be my first call when I need other work done.

John, is very professional and great to work with.

We got a new drive in 2018. Eight months later the surface is chipping. There is platter sized areas of spalling, exposing the rock aggregate beneath. There is a crack on the front porch from the door to the bottom of the third step. The expansion joints are cracked and unfinished. John answered my first call of concern and said he would apply a heavy sealer. He never came. He quit answering the phone. He never returned a call. He never looked at our driveway or applied the heavy sealer.

Northscape never did the work we agreed on. Very disappointed.

Northscape did a great job installing our brick walkway and pouring concrete for our driveway, garage, front and back concrete stoops. They are very responsive - came out quickly for an estimate and completed the job in no time. We are so very impressed and happy with everything they did. We get compliments all the time on the beautiful work. John, Sam and staff are all very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Would highly recommend this company. Sam is a pleasure to deal with. Very customer orientated. Always kept me up to date on project. Always returned my calls and texts. He and his employees did a great job of removing old patio and installing new patio. Extremely happy with my new patio.

This is pretty much a one-man show. He hires teams, to do the work, but all the organizing is done by one guy. He knows his stuff, but he is impossible to get a hold of. When we had some problems after the job, including a huge crack, just a few months after install, he ghosted me. It took MONTHS to get the job done. Once finished, it took a YEAR for them to clean up, and they did a poor job of it, after all I went through. Very unprofessional experience!

The workers were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up after each day and did a professional job. My driveway and patio look wonderful. Sam always responded to our calls. Great company.

Very satisfied with our new driveway!

They said they would come and try to correct some of the issues, but they never did. I felt the last time I had the same work by someone else it was so much better. The sand between so may of the bricks did not hold and was very disappointed in John for not sending someone to correct the problem.

Got the job done in timely matter

I loved working with Sam. However his team was young and inexperienced and they did not have the work ethic to do a quality job. I am not satisfied with the way my patio has turned out. I would not hire them again. Their price was good, but then again you get what you pay for.

I really can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Sam was fantastic. He offered great suggestions and listened to, and addressed, any concerns. He truly went above and beyond. We had a paver patio installed and our front porch removed and re-poured with cement. The value compared to other quotes was very competitive. The work started well before we initially were told and was completed quickly. Unlike other contractors I've dealt with, Sam came out promptly for a quote and we never had to ask when he was coming back. An overall great experience and I fully recommend Northscape Enterprises.

Sam who is the person we worked with is a genuinely kind and professional individual who really cares about the customer. We're very satisfied with his work. Our driveway and patio looks 100 times better than it did prior to starting the job. Overall I would you Sam again for any concrete projects.
