busy time, due to rain, delayed clean-up, they were to arrive on a specified date, but weren't able to... however, I got a call from them that day, apology accepted and $20 off.. that is customer service!

Terrific - very professional, prices competitive. We had a week where something went wrong and they missed doing our yard and then they emailed us EVERY week after that to make sure we were satisfied. What WONDERFUL customer service!! We are definitely signing up again. We added extra services last year (hedge trimming) and they were also great about doing that - hedges looked very nice!

Joe came to give an estimate--very friendly and professional. His two men arrived with him on the day of service. Joe walked the yard with them to explain in detail what needed to be done. They worked all day, were very friendly and professional. They accidentally removed one bush that I wanted to keep, but then transplanted a younger bush for me in that spot, and it looks much better than the old one! Their goal was to do exactly what we had asked and they did that and more. We would definitely use them again!

I've been using them for 10 years. When they say they will be there, they'll be there. They are very efficient and they have reasonable prices. The owner Joe and his wife are very nice.

They are great to work with and Lea is very pleasant to talk to, she schedules the work and sends out the estimates. Joe supervises the work and I have never had any problem with any of the things they have done. I am very pleased to have found such a nice, family-run business

They are great. They have done everything in a timely manner and just the way we wanted. Their mowing job is wonderful. Also good at the little things that really matter to us: we have dogs and they are always careful to close the back gate when they are done. Also it is very easy to reach someone if you have a question.

Seven years ago I had new sod installed and maintained it myself. What a disaster! I have absolutely no skill in this areana and it was brown, threadbare and ugly. I thought the whole thing had to be torn out and that it would have to be reseeded or resodded again. I called had them out and asked Joe, one of the proprieters what it would take to 'make it look nice'. After a lawn inspection and a lengthy interview, I received a customized detailed report on the services they are able to provide. I was a bit skeptical when he told me it could be done with a good maintenence schedule instead of major surgery, but he turned out to be right. Tey've been coming for a year and a half now and this year neighbors have stopped by to tell me how good the place looks. Leah, incharge of the office, runs a tight operation. They're pricing structure is neither the cheapest nor most expensive around, so I look at it as a great value.

They did a very thorough job. They did all that they said that they were going to do.

We have a contract with them. They do what I want. They are really good communicators.

Good follow up to any issues, Joe was easily accessible via email or phone. Responsive to any concerns, at a time when some are slow to follow up or never heard from after initial estimates

The job was performed in 2 days without issue or complication. Very professional organization.

I worked with Lea Pacocha to set everything up. She provided a full menu of services for all seasons. Within a day or two I had a quote that was better than the others I received. She got us into their weekly lawn maintenance rotation the following week and it's been great ever since, one less thing we have to think about. Lea was easy to work with and took the time to explain everything to us. In summary, they provide a reliable, quality service at a great rate. We strongly recommend them. EDIT: As a followup, after one year of service we're renewing. Great service.

They always do a great job, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Also, their prices are extremely reasonably.

Had used them for one off items at previous residence for the final weeks of living there. We moved recently and were looking for full service at new property. Called Pacocha as 1 of 3 service providers to get prices. Joe was very nice and insisted on face to face to discuss services and to walk property together. i appreciated his attention to detail and his professional approach. He was the only provider to request this sort of meeting. Property needed a cut asap however and we called to get on their schedule and to line up full service but their office would not schedule us until I returned executed contract w/ credit card citing recent situations where they provided service in advance of payment only to never get paid. We were in the middle of a move (literally) and did not have access to fax or scan. We had used them previously though and paid after services were rendered so was not sure why our history with them was not good enough. There was a question on their ability to get to our new property on desired day of week as well. Pricing was comparable to other bids we had. In the end we had multiple contractors at house and had much to take care of so needed to get it out of the way. We needed a cut asap and had one of the other providers (that also services neighbors' property) cut our property. No contract required in advance. Other service was able to get us the desired day of week as well so we signed with them. Despite hiccup with Pacocha office I would still look to use them in the event current provider flakes out. Joe was a good guy and very professional.

They are reliable, they are very responsive to phone or email requests with service requests or questions. They seem to do a good job at a fair price. I've enjoyed my dealings with them.

They do everything as promised. They are responsive if I have any questions or additional needs.

They have different package deals to choose from depending on what we want done. They are very good. It has been raining a lot, which has a lot to do with the grass growing. They are always here on the certain day that they say they are coming. We will continue with them next year.

I find them to be very easy to talk to. You can call the office and speak to the owner. They are very good about calling you back. I have had a good experience with them. We have not had the full job finished yet so I will not be able to comment on the quality of their job. I rate them high overall.

Joe was timely (a couple minutes early) which I really appreciate. He was very professional, listened to my needs and made a few interesting suggestions. He provided a written quote via email which was thorough and included plant suggestions (I am going to do my own planting). I like that he was willing to share his expertise in that area which made for a good customer experience. We decided to go with another company that was little more competitive on price and had similar wonderful customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PLS to anyone looking for estimates on Landscaping- they are professional, friendly and punctual.

Excellent. Joseph was prompt, professional, and was able to discuss our needs in an informed and detailed manner. He listened well and was able to quickly determine any details he needed more information about to build a quote. Although we went with another company, we will consider PLS for other future projects.

Am very pleased with the work Pacocha has done. Had a major exterior house project this year, so the budget for lawn care was tight, but Joe worked within it, which was really appreciated. They did a great job of mowing/edging of the lawn (did my own fertilizing this year because of budget), the spring cleanup of the front yard was great, and they even took on the unexpected and tough task of digging a 24-30" deep x ~90 feet long trench in the backyard so I could have the utility lines buried. The solutions Joe offers always seem to be well thought out and cost-effective. I will definitely hire them for the 2011 season for lawn and yard work, and as budget allows, will hire them to do additional landscaping projects.

UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! I simply could not be more pleased ! Right from the start they took the initiative to make my lawn look better than ever. They redefined all tree beds, and we have numerous large trees on the property, redefined the edging around the entire house bringing in much new mulch. These areas were then impeccably maintained throughout the season. There were some dead spots in a few areas of the lawn, some in direct sun and some in shaded areas, all were replanted and the grass has come in beautifully. All bushes and shrubs were kept neat and well trimmed throughout the year. The lawn was aerated, de thatched, fertilized several times as well as treated for crab grass and weed prevention. We have had an ongoing problem with people parking on the front edge of the lawn (along the street) so Joe and his crew brought in several large attractive landscaping boulders and spaced them neatly across the area to eliminate the problem. If there were weather related scheduling changes during the year I was always communicated with. Their equipment is newer and always clean and the crews have strong work ethics, are very polite and totally professional. My lawn is among the finest looking in the neighborhood and we have Pacocha to thank. I look forward to working with them for years to come and highly recommend them to anyone who takes pride in the appearance of their lawn.

Joe was very patient and helpful in terms of providing ideas that I could consider. Joe provided recommendations on the types of plants I might want and went out of his way to join my mom and me at the nursery to discuss plants/options. Joe's team of 2 men worked tirelessly to remove 4 overgrown shrubs from the area to be landscaped and they added new soil/evened out the beds to prepare for planting. I hired Joe's team to do the planting and it turned out beautifully. We turned the front from ugly to the best on the block! Joe's team has provided edging and mulching service throughout the summer and they are very eager to provide top notch quality service. As a first time home owner (with a yard), I trust Joe's advice as to what I need to do to the yard. It is always low pressure. He is great at giving various options and the costs all seem very reasonable for the work performed. Joe's team - Manuel (?) and his brother - are very professional and hard working.

We first hired Pacocha last year for a fall clean-up and hedge trimming. We were so impressed that we signed a contract for weekly service this year. We can't recommend them enough! Their services are prompt, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They are more than willing to customize services to your needs. We especially appreciate the convenience of being able to communicate through email; although Lea is very easy to reach by phone. We look forward to using their services for many years to come!
