Very smoothly. They did a beautiful job. My neighbors are making comments about how beautiful it looks. We did a contract with them for the Summer and Fall.

I have hired Pacocha for two different services: landscaping during the spring-summer-fall and snow removal during the winter. Snow removal was handled well and always in a very timely way. This was especially difficult for them with the winter we had this past year. They will do sidewalks for an extra charge. They come out when snow is 1 inch or more. Some people do not want this much service, but because we have many children walking to school, I was grateful for this option. Landscaping has also been done very well. They have a variety of packages to choose from, so you do not need to pay for services that you do not want. I have been pleased with both levels of service Pacocha as provided, and I happily recommend them.

Some work is in the process of being completed. What has been completed was done exactly as promised. The company owners are very proud of their reputation and it is important to them to maintain the stellar status of that reputation. Interestingly, the more work they do for me, the more work I give them because I feel I can trust them to give me a quality product. They are also mindful of their client's personal abilities and limitations and make suggestions accordingly. I do not feel they make their recommendations with a hidden agenda. By-the-way, it was observing their work on my neighbor's yard that motivated me to get their phone number and make a call for all seasonal services.

Contacted to perform Spring Cleanup. Power rake, core air-rate, mow, cultivate, clean up and remove all debris. Responded quickly with quote. Very pleasant to deal with. However could not meet my timeline. I completely understood. Their busy season. Would definitely call to use again.

It was very good. The workers were very good. They were very prompt. They are very responsive by e-mail and I can setup things by e-mail because I work during the day.

We have the same people every time. They do a good job. They are responsive to our concerns.

After leaving a message, a very professional, kind woman called me back and told me that the would be happy to come out and give us an estimate, but we'd have to wait until July because they are so busy!! She gave me the name of other tree companies that would be able to help. I was very impressed by this and if I need something in the future, I will give them a call.

They charged $55 every time they came to do the driveway and the walk. I would recommend them because of their professional service and their promptness. I think he is a little bit expensive though.

The owner explained things very well and his wife is just way too nice on the phone. The crew made everything look fantastic and took care in everything they did. They had attention to detail as if it was their own home, including picking up the smallest of twigs in the grass. The outcome was better than anticipated and we look forward to the whole season.

Originally appeared that they never called back. This was the result of simply not getting a message. They couldn't help with our situation and recommended someone who could.

The owner arrived on time and was very professional. He walked the property and clearly explained what his crew would do and what they did not cover. He was incredibly nice, as was his wife, Lea and his prices were reasonable. I understand why they have such a high rating on Angie's List. However, we did not end up contracting with them for only one reason. A couple of our tress and several shrubs are in deep trouble. So we need a strong horticultural presence for our care. Pacocha has a relationship with another vendor who does their horticulture work for them. The owner explained that Pacocha really focuses on lawn work only. Well, the other two lawn companies we spoke with had their own horticulture people. Considering the condition of our trees and shrubs, we decided for this year to use someone who has horticulture specialists on staff instead of as a separate company. But, if our foliage bounces back next year, we'll call Pococha again.

We contacted Pacocha Landscaping right before we moved out of state. We were putting the house on the market and needed someone to keep the house accessible after snowfall so that potential buyers could view it. Joe Pacocha met us at the house and let us know which services would be available. He provided written documentation of our options. Because we were already into the snow season, his early morning services were already booked. He was clear about this and indicated that he could do the work after his existing clients were served. This met our needs. The work was performed well and the billing was easy to handle remotely. For every interaction we've had with Pacocha Landscaping, we've always understood what was possible and the communication has always been good. We're glad that Joe and Lea were there to help us yet again.

They have been very fantastic. I am very pleased with them. They did a good work in the lawn. And then, Joe, the owner, along with his wife, I think. He was very collaborative, good at listening to my ideas about the landscaping, things to consider, and he thought that is the best way to go about like moving the shelves or certain planting the material. So, I have been very pleased that they heard my ideas and thoughts of what I had and did some landscaping. They have to do my angling one.

No problems and professional work

When contacted initially they said they would be available the end of May. Later they said they don't service Inverness. I work in Arlington Heights near their location and Inverness is a 15 minute drive away.

Joe Pacocha arrived on time for the estimate, took the time to examine the job to be done, and give suggestions. The job I desired (replacing railroad ties) was not feasible for Pacocha Landscaping at the height of the spring season. Because of Joe's professionalism, I definitely plan to use the services of Pacocha Landscaping in the future.
