Description of Work: Plumber was honest and did a good job fixing my bathtub faucet.

Description of Work: The gentlemen I scheduled with was very friendly and my plumber was equally friendly and very knowledgeable. I think their prices may be a bit high (or they know that you have a coupon and so quote a higher rate to make up the difference) but I will probably use them again given the customer service.

Description of Work: Installed a water heater expansion tank. Very professional, nice, and courteous!

Description of Work: Excel Plumbing provided excellent service at a fair price. Yuri was very experienced and really knew what he was doing and the cost was much less than other firms I have tried.

Description of Work: John came out to replace old shower fixtures in our apartment and did an outstanding job! He knew his stuff and explained in detail what he was doing and why. The utmost in professionalism and a terrific guy! Job took longer than expected due to unexpected circumstances, but he stayed late and made sure that everything was perfect before he left! I called him again for another job a couple weeks later, and would not hesitate to do so again.

Description of Work: Put toilet floor screw covers on. Could not level sink said sink was crooked. Could not advise us on low water pressure

Description of Work: They ended up installing a sump pump and backup sump pump after opining that my initial request was not necessary.

He began telling me all the things that could go wrong in the fixing, and that it could cost me $700.00 or more and would involve breaking thru a kitchen cabinet. They sent out another s/p who said they could charge me $150.00 hr. After a several week delay, and many phone calls by me, they sent a 3rd person who fixed the problem and didn't charge me anything.

Description of Work: Damion replaced our hot water heater, ejector pump, and water filter. He was very thorough in his explanations in what was wrong and how we should fix it. He did a review of the complete plumbing of the house. Our house is approximately 20 years old and is in need of some needed care. He was prompt and did quality work. He also fixed a couple of smaller things at our house also.
