Description of Work: I purchase the home evaluation. Company is very friendly and so was the tech. But I recommend not buying this deal if it is still out there. Nothing bad about the company I would recommend for repairs just not for this deal. Total waste of money at least for me.

Description of Work: Ejector pump replacement and a few months earlier a faucet replacement.

Description of Work: Upon visiting my home, the plumber identified piping that was out of code. I was quoted a price that I told them was way too high based on his estimate of two plumbers needed for a full day, and so they came back with a revised, lower bid. The work was done professionally and in half the time that was originally estimated. But, unfortunately, it was my mistake in not getting a few other bids for the work that they performed. As a result of me accepting the only bid, an expensive one at that, I still have lingering doubts if I was "taken." But, since I did not obtain any other bids, I have no way of knowing whether the high price that I paid was fair, a bargain or out of line on the high side. Shame on me. Next time I will obtain a few other bids to get the comfort that the price I am paying is fair. So unfortunately, I've paid $1,800 for copper piping in my basement that nobody sees. I exchanged expended a large sum to avoid the hassle of getting additional bids. I will not make that mistake again.

Description of Work: Repaired a pipe located under foundation. Jackhammer & all. Did a fantastic job.

Description of Work: Replaced the cartridge for the shower in our newly remodeled bathroom. |So the leak was fixed but then we were left with a big square hole in the bedroom wall,next to the bathroom, the man was nice enough to bring a temp plastic cover, but this was only after we had complained about it. | |After all, I am Happy that the leak was fixed. |

NOT IN TIME, ALL I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE PLUNGER HANDLE AND THE INSIDE GUTS WHICH WERE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED, I FIXED AFTERWARDS. HE WANTED TO REDUCE WATER LEVEL IN THE TANK WHICH WITH THIS 23 YR OLD TOILET HAS BEEN A PROBLEM, NOT ENOUGH WATER FIRST TIME AROUND SO
