Based on our records, you purchased an Angie's List deal which was $50 for $100 worth of plumbing services. We did not charge nor collect anything extra from you for the services completed. You only paid a total of $50 to Angie's List to purchase the coupon, which in turn does not even cover a service call fee. We apologize for the misunderstanding of the coupon value. Unfortunately, the $100 value of the coupon will not cover a full Plumbing remodeling. These coupons are meant for cost saving and additional discount for Angie's List members.

Description of Work: Left a message with my contact information on March 11, 2016 but never got a call back regarding an inquiry for my garbage disposal (badger) removal and/or pipe replacement. I check my voicemail messages and no one left a message from Excel Plumbing yet. They supposedly got good ratings on Angie's List but the poor rating I gave it is for customer service and communication. Today is April 3, 2016. I'm still looking for a reputable, honest and efficient plumbing service I can give my business to.
