Igor jet washed our drains at a food establishment. He came and quoted us around $1200 for 3 hours of service. It ended up taking him 5.5 hours and he kept his promise as the final charge was $1360. The service was timely and exemplary, and he was an extremely pleasant gentleman . I would recommend them to anyone.es to the sanitary sewers

this is the 2nd time i have used Excel Plumbing and have to say its a pleasure doing business with them. I had a few different local plumbers give me estimates and they were all over the place. Mike actually showed me the issue with the water heater and explained what the problem was and wasnt just trying to sell me on fixes i didnt need. I think they earned a lifetime customer

The service was very good. The employee was very friendly and the work was good and the price was as well. We were very happy with the service.

Yuri showed up quickly and on time, and reset the back-up sump, and serviced the battery telling me it did not need to be replaced. He did also check the main sump pump and found that it was defective--actually not functioning at all. He drove back to the shop to get what he needed, returned quickly and replaced the main pump. He then checked the system completely. He did a great job for a reasonable price. I will definaately call Excel again if another plumbing issue develops.

Excel plumbing came promptly at the scheduled time. The plumber was able to replace a unit in the toilet with an updated part he got from a local distributor the same morning. He also re-seated the toilet when he found it not firmly secured. The work was handled well and the person was pleasant and professional.

I called on a Friday afternoon (around 3:30) because it seemed like our outside sewer pipe was clogged. They told me they would have someone here within an hour. He arrived in about an hour and a half, and got straight to work. He did the job quickly and offered to use the camera for free if he ran into a problem. He was able to identify the root cause of the problem and provided a quote if we should choose to excavate another time.

Everything turned out great with this company. They came in after hours which I appreciated. There prices were very reasonable. The crew was very friendly and professional. I would recommend using this company again.

I have been using this company for a long time. I usually shop around with a few different plumbing companies and they are by far the BEST in terms of prices and quality. My water heater started leaking so I decided it was time to replace it. Excel came out and replaced the water heater for an affordable price and took my old water heater out.
