George was excellent! Based on George's professionalism and timeliness, I have definitely added Excel Plumbing to my contacts for any future plumbing needs. The only reason for a B was the pricing (and this is more my not having to hire a plumber in a LONG time -- but I thought $220 was a bit high for changing a kitchen faucet -- but it my just be catching up with the times!)

Very efficient and solid work.

The plumber arrived on time and asked what needed to be fixed. I first showed him the outdoor spigot that was leaking and he asked if I wanted it repaired or replaced. He said it would be about $200 to replace but he thought he could repair it. I said to repair it and I think it was about $50. Same conversation for the valve indoors which was about the same. I appreciate that he didn't just say they needed to be replaced. He pointed out that other plumbers do indeed do just this.

They were prompt, called prior as promised. Arrived and were friendly, professional, and informative. All work was done and looks to be excellent quality. Extremely happy with the service.

It went really well and they did everything they said they were going to do, they also educated us on what they were going to do and were very professional.

My tenants reported a water leak from the toilet, I searched and found Excel Plumbing on Angie's, made an appointment,. they showed up on time which was much appreciated. They performed an analysis of the issue and found it was not a problem. The issue was actually caused by excessive backup of the water due to usage by my tenants. The plumber explained his findings and said repairs was not needed which was a big relief...I appreciated Excel Pmumbing did not try to make uncessary repairs so they could make money from me. That is hard to find nowadays..I strongly recommend excel plumbing and I will use them again for sure. great job Excel plumbing

When I bought my house I thought it had a hose bib. But my daughter showed me it was severed by the previous owner. I wanted to get everything done and I gave Excel a my list on Friday and was able to schedule my request for the following Monday. Byron and John came when they said they would be there. The job took a day and a half to do. With the repairs to the pipe on the ceiling in the basement I was expecting a mess. But when they left and said they would be back the next day to my amazement the basement floor looked like noone was even there. They kept me informed as to the progress of the job. They were very polite and I felt comfortable having them in my home. Excel Plumbing is the only company I will call if I ever have a plumbing issue. Thanks again guys, you were awesome......

Took 2 trips because an extra problem was discovered. Alex did a good job doubling checking everything and that is how he discovered another hidden existing problem. Took care of it on the second trip. Not sure how the overall price compare with other service providers but happy with the service and Alex.

They sent out Yuri immediately, who was great. He inspected our drain pipes with a camera -- they were clear. He inspected our water lines and explained what needed to be done. I asked for an estimate for the water pipes plus an estimate to disconnect our exterior downspouts. Still no estimate received. The cover on our waste pipe cleanout was leaking a week or so later. I emailed and they sent Yuri back immediately. He put another cover on the cleanout (though it is still leaking slightly). I explained we had not yet received an estimate and he said he would check on it. I would give Yuri and their reception an A, but the fact that I still have no estimates, which is what I really needed, earns an F.

We used an Angie's List offer. Rick replaced two leaking supply valves (kitchen and bathroom) and helped with advice on a leaky exterior faucet. The exterior faucet wasn't on the scheduled work, but Rick took a look at it anyway. Scheduling was prompt, but the email exchange for choosing a date was confusing, and then Excel rescheduled at the last minute due to unexpected issues on their other jobs that day. Fortunately, I had a flexible schedule that week. After years of intermittent & puzzling leaks, everything is dry and cabinet space is usable again.

Very accommodating with schedule. Fixed problem and was available in timely manner for subsequent visits. Excellent follow up. Friendly and knowledgable.

the serve provider arrived earlier than scheduled so he was very prompt. the easy fix of changing the cartridge became complicated due to calcium buildup. He was good and explained what was happening. He needed to replace the faucet and went and got a new one but never consulted me as to the type wanted. The moen faucet came with two handle options and he never consulted me as to which handle i preferred so I ended up changing the handle myself after he left. it appeared that he was going to take the left over parts from the new faucet until I asked about it and he said of course they would remain with me. He did a great job in a small area to redo the pipes without breaking away a lot of tiles.

This visit exceeded my expectations! I have been putting off this repair longer than I care to admit. I was very leery about using unknown plumbing services. Well, this visit by Excel took all that away! Damian, the Excel plumber who serviced my home was prompt, efficient, friendly and polite as well as extremely patient in answering all my questions. And, there was no mess to clean up after he left. I definitely know who I will call when I need plumbing services in the future! I highly recommend this company!

It went very well. George was very professional. He arrived on time. I had an issue contacting my tenant to let us in so we were delayed about 20 mins. George was very patient about the delay. Inside he evaluated the toilet issue, explained what he needed to do and quoted me the cost. I and my tenant were happy with the work he did. Would not hesitate to call on him for future plumbing issues.

On-time, got the job done but charged more than I expected

Max came out right at the beginning of the appointment window. He found the leak in our faucet in 30 seconds, quoted the job at a total cost of $180 to $200. He replaced our faucet in about 30 minutes and also fixed a smaller leak as well. At the end of the job he charged $180. Using the coupon on Angie's list we only paid a total of $130 for a new faucet installed. This was our first time using the company and they were a class act. They called 15 minutes before Max came out to tell us he was on his way. Our first impression of his work done is excellent. I highly recommend this company to others.

Very clean professional job. Little more than I thought it was going to be but still reasonable.

I have used another plumber for many years (and they are very good!) however their pricing is high and I am on a fixed income so I thought I would try someone from Angie's List. Excel had very good reviews, excellent ratings and a service award as well as being in business about 15 years. I phoned them today, Natalie was very friendly AND Bill was sent out to my home TODAY (that rarely happens!) "within the hour".......office is near so he arrived 20 mins. later. Much to my embarrassment, the problem was something I could have solved and fixed on my own had I known what/where to look! The $55.00 was well worth it to be a little more "plumbing educated" which Bill, the serviceman, did. He answered all questions about that problem and another, was friendly, courteous and I was very happy with my "new plumbing company". (I had purchased the $50 coupon for $100 worth of work offered by Excel via Angie's List but decided to save it for another time/problem.) Thanks Excel! Bonnie

Can't say enough good about Bill and Judy at Excel. So nice to get excellent customer service. I called because of a broken water heater, and Judy arranged their schedule so that someone could service it same day! Bill drove out of his way to get a part for it, so that we could have hot water back. I'm not sure when I've had such friendly and amazing service. Thank you so much.

Very professional work. The estimate was discussed ahead of time and since there were a couple of unexpected things that came up, we discussed those and agreed to the pricing as well before the work was done. He was efficient and fast and obviously knows his plumbing. I would recommend them to others and have called them back already once for another small job.
