Fabulous service. Arrived on time, gave a detailed explanation of what work was required and then carried it out exactly as he said he would. In addition he helped reprogram our system (took time to show my wife how to operate the timers, helped us pick a maintenance program an then delivered a box of new filters a few days later). I would highly recommend this Company. Its good old-fashioned customer service and a quality service. Thank you Doug.

He took time to remove the panel on compressor to determine the actual reason for compressor failure and immediately found a loose wire to the capacitor in the compressor unit. Then fixed it, no charge!! His business card is now taped over the FORMER repairman's card on my furnace/AC!!! I highly recommend this contractor.

Very well. An estimate was given within 48 hours of inquiry and the work scheduled within the week. Clean up was excellent. Men were courteous.

Cleaned, inspected, changed the filter, checked the ducts and duct valves. Took the time to answer my questions about why we had drafty rooms and whether we needed to rebalance the ducts (we didn't). Did a good job and price was right.

Work was done well-------BUT, Was very disappointed with overall process--no estimate given before disassembling furnace when work was being done, was charged for excess time to and from company without letting me know there would be a charge..The company needs to communicate properly the cost of work before proceeding. I was told the charges were 225.00 for fan, 45.00 for capacitor and 85.00 to install--instead they wanted to charge me 3 hours time(255.00) an extra 170.00..in the end I paid for 2 hours (against my better judgement) to be done with the process. Dave--the contractor did a fine job on the repair unfortunately he was in the middle of a miscommunication.

JOB 1: EXCELLENT! DOUG IS FABULOUS. HE IS RESPONSIVE, PROMPT, SERVICE IS REASONABLY PRICED. HE CAME OUT ONCE AND DISCOVERED A SMALL LEAK, CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT, REPAIRED THE LEAK AND RESTORED THE FREON. I HAD DIFFICULTY AGAIN THE NEXT WEEK. HE CAME BACK OUT CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND DETERMINED IT WAS THE THERMOSTAT. HE WAS RIGHT! EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT! THANKS DOUG! JOB 2: DOUG WAS FABULOUS ONCE AGAIN. WITH THE EXTREME COLD THAT HIT LAST NIGHT THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MOVING ME UP A DAY TO HELP GET ME HEAT. DOUG CAME BY AND AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES HE ISOLATED THE PROBLEM AND HAD IT FIXED VERY QUICKLY. I WAS SO APPRECIATIVE THAT HE WAS ABLE TO SQUEEZE ME IN, GIVEN THE COLD WEATHER AND THAT HE WAS OUT ON JOBS UNTIL 3:00 A.M. THE NIGHT BEFORE. HE IS VERY DEDICATED TO HIS CUSTOMERS.

TOM WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS CLEAN AND WORKED QUICKLY. HE MADE THE EFFORT TO SHOW US WHAT WE WERE DOING WRONG. PRICE WAS NOT AN ISSUE, AS WE HAVE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD, BUT THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE FOR CLEANING TOO, AND WE ARE HAVING THEM DO THAT NEXT WEEK.

DURING THIS UNEXPECTED JUNE HEAT WAVE, DOUG SQUEEZED US IN, WITHIN TWO DAYS. HE FORGOT TO CALL ME AT WORK WHEN THE GUYS WERE COMING, BUT THEY WAITED FOR ME TO GET HOME. BOTH MIKE AND DARRYL(?) / DARREN(?)(SORRY) WERE PLEASANT, POLITE, EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY FAST AT THE JOB, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES COMPLETELY. THE BILL WAS TOWARD THE TOP OF THEIR ESTIMATE OF $385 TO $500, BUT STILL LESS THAN WHAT OTHERS ESTIMATED FOR THIS JOB. (WE GOT ESTIMATES FROM $385 TO $906!!!) MY HUSBAND, WHO HAS BAD ALLERGIES, IS VERY HAPPY BECAUSE OUR A.C. WORKS AGAIN.

VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO MANY.

I DISCOVERED THAT MY HEAT WENT OUT AT ABOUT 6PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. DOUG RETURNED MY CALL IN LESS THEN 5 MINUTES OF ME TALKING TO HIS ANSWERING SERVICE. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY.
