Description of Work: They service me twice a year. In the spring, they perform maintenance on the A/Cs and in the fall they perform maintenance on the furnances. They are an excellent company with wonderful technicians.

Description of Work: Found heating contractor through Costco. My wife liked their proposal and invited salesman back to review proposal. We had asked about the warranty earlier and they sent us broad description when we again asked to see a copy he said he would send it to us. Never heard back. It felt like what he said was different than the actual warranty and thus never sent us a copy of it. Our experience has been this is not unusual for the sales people to say things that are not in the agreement or warranty. Very disappointed because we like Costco and were surprised with the agressive style and then lack of follow through.
