We are very disappointed to hear that the member has regrets with her purchase. A purchase of some of the highest efficiency and state of the art comfort heating and cooling equipment is a long term investment. Not only was it an investment in energy efficiency and comfort but also reliability. The manufacturer of this equipment was recently listed as one of the highest quality producers of HVAC equipment in a well-known national consumer publication. Also included with this purchase was state of the art Wi-Fi controls and highly rated air purification systems which are rated as one of the best buys by a leading consumer publication. With all of this tax credits and rebates (1100.00) were available because of the potential energy savings. She was given several choices that crossed the spectrum of price and quality and it was ultimately her decision to make. Her decision was of top quality and that is what was provided by as agreed upon. We pride ourselves in allowing our customers to make their own decisions and then focus on executing the service and installation to the highest quality possible. We have received no complaint of workmanship or quality since the date of the install and stand ready to address any issue that may arise. It is our hope that over time she will have a different view as she realizes the benefits of the investment she made.

Description of Work: I have used this vendor for many years to clean and check the a/c and furnace. One tech was a particular favorite in my neighborhood because he gave us good advice and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. Unfortunately that tech is no longer with the company and they send out a variety of techs, rarely the same one twice. They all seem nice and professional, but nothing like the one who left. I perceive that they are encouraged by their superiors to push goods, which seem higher priced than other vendors.
