COMFORT MASTERS HAD PERFORMED ALL OUR HEATING & A/C SERVICES FOR 4 + YRS. THIS SUMMER WE HAD THEM CLEAN OUR DUCTS, AFTER WHICH WE DIDN'T RUN THE FURNACE BECAUSE IT WAS WARM. EARLY FALL, WHEN WE HAD OUR FALL SERVICE, A COMFORT MASTERS TECH NOTED THAT OUR FILTERS WERE UNUSUALLY DIRTY & RECOMMENDED A DUCT CLEANING. AFTER EXPLAINING THAT THEY HAD ALREADY DONE THAT, HE ADVISED TO CHANGE THE FILTER & WAIT A MONTH TO SEE IF THEY WERE STILL AS BAD. THEY WERE, SO I CONTACTED THEM FOR GUARANTEED RE-CLEAN, WHICH THEY INITIALLY AGREED TO & SCHEDULED. I HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF SCHEDULE CONFLICT & AT THAT TIME COMFORT MASTERS DECLINED TO PERFORM THE RECLEAN AS IT WAS PAST THE WARRANTY PERIOD. AFTER I REALLY COMPLAINED THEY AGREED TO 'CHECK WITH A TECHNICIAN TO FIND OUT IF THAT'S WHAT HE REALLY TOLD ME'. I WAS SO APPALLED THAT THEY WERE IMPLYING THAT I WAS LYING THAT I TOLD THEM NOT TO BOTHER & THAT WE WOULD NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

AFTER EXPLAINING THAT THE CONDENSING UNIT WAS COVERED AND WORK WOULD NOT BE PERFORMED IN THE RAIN, I AGREED TO POSTPONE THE SERVICE CALL TO SATURDAY. SERVICEMAN CALLED LATER SATURDAY STATING THAT HE WAS IN THE SUBURBS AND COULD HE POSTPONE THE SERVICE AGAIN UNTIL MONDAY. I AGREED TO POSTPONING SERVICE AGAIN UNTIL MONDAY, 0729. ON MONDAY 0729 THE SERVICEMAN DID NOT SHOW AND I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL FROM THE SERVICEMAN OR COMPANY.
