A&J's guys arrived precisely on time; were courteous and professional; explained to me what they were doing; showed me how it was done; showed me the finished work; and were done in less than 20 minutes. We then drove 6 blocks to the next house, where they did the same thing. The entire service call for both houses took less than one hour. It was great.

They were very flexible with thier scheduling. They came out the next day when i wanted them to and gave me a courtesy call before they arrived so i was prepared. Very quick and informative. I would highly reccomend them to anyone with a septic problem.

I was extremely disappointed about this contractor since reviews were generally positive overall, but I had an unpleasant phone call experience. The lady I talked to was rude and her tone made it seem like she was giving me a favor. I will not consider this company again.

That portion turned out alright. The man seemed to be doing his job. The finished results seem to be good but only time will tell. He was very timely and he didn't leave anything behind.

We had a water backup in the house and had a plumber come to investigate the problem. He determined that a drain line in the house was clogged and recommended that we hire A&J Sewer Service to jet clean the drain. A&J sent a jet cleaning team out that day and, after investigating the problem, determined that the inside drain was fine but the outside sewer line was clogged with roots. Since their truck was only set up for jet cleaning they didn't have the root cleaning equipment on hand, they contacted their office and had a sewer rodding team out to our house in less than an hour. The men cleaned out the sewer line from the house to the street and then did a TV inspection to confirm that the pipes were clean. The whole process took about two hours. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the friendliness and competance of the workers.

Overall, a very good experience. Some water had trickled into our basement and we thought it could be related to the catch basin. My call to A & J was answered immediately and I was able to arrange for the work to be done within two days. As it turned out, the catch basin was not the source of the problem, but the two technicians who did the work were very patient and helpful in explaining how the catch basin works and providing helpful suggestions for following up with the water leak.

Prompt, courteous service. They arrived at the scheduled time, called when in route. Jeff gave me lots of helpful information, and was flexible in working around other servicemen that day.
