Excellent.
Description of Work: We've used Borter for 14 years - they initially installed our HVAC, later replaced the sump pump and hot water heater, and have done various other repairs. We have a great service contract with them that's saved the day on several occasions - e.g., they fixed the furnace on a bitter cold Xmas Eve when a bird met its demise in the flue. They're not cheap, but we really appreciate their terrific service and have recommended them to many neighbors and friends. NOTE: Price spent is for 1 year of full service (parts & labor) on entire HVAC system with tune-ups, cleaning and filter replacement every 6 months. Well worth it!

THEY WERE THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED THE UNITS. I HAVE NO WAY OF COMPARING PRICE. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE ON TIME AND THEIR SERVICEMEN ARE ALWAYS NICE.
