Excellent. I didn't know much about carpets before visiting this store, and the sales rep (Phil K) was very helpful and patiently explained all the carpet options to me. I told him what my top priorities were with a carpet and he helped me choose the right type of carpet to meet my needs. He let me go home with several samples, then I came back and he helped me pick a couple more samples that were more in my price range. I ordered the carpet and it was installed two weeks later. It could've been installed sooner, but the 4th of July holiday was in the middle, and I requested that they air out the carpet and pad in their warehouse, which added time to the wait. Two men came out to install the carpet and did an excellent job. They were kind, courteous, cleaned up their mess, and answered the questions I had about the carpet. The carpet looks great and is very soft and comfortable underfoot.

The salesman was very helpful and the selections were very good. The installers did a great job as well. They came out on time and were very polite. I would definitely use them again.

From selection of carpeting to the installation everything about this experience was outstanding. Howard Lieberman, the salesman, was very helpful in choosing the correct carpeting for the room and my situation; he even made sure that the carpet could be installed the day before my garbage pick up so the installers could take all the debris and carpeting out to the curb. The installers were professional and prompt. They bagged any debris that wasn't rolled and cleaned up after themselves.

My project was outside their scope of work. They were extremely helpful in making a recommendation for a company that was right for me. Great customer service.

They were really good to work with. Their prices were very reasonable, I thought. In the future we'll use them again if needed.

Everything went great. I got a quote from Jeff, he sent someone out to measure on a Saturday morning, and then I scheduled installation for the following Saturday. They efficiently installed the padding and carpet and were on their way. I am very pleased with the job they did.

We had a flood in our home, due to a faulty toilet. The flooring in the bathroom, two bedrooms and hallway was damaged beyond repair. Our contractor cousin, insisted that we go to Georgia Carpets for replacement flooring, and after checking them out on Angie's List, we are sure glad we did. At the store, Mr. Liberman was very knowledgeable and informative and advised us on the best laminate product for our home and needs. We were so impressed with the quality of the product, we decided to additionally re-floor the kitchen and stairs. Joe and his installation crew are true craftsman. The flooring is simply beautiful. They worked for five days (including a Sunday) to have the flooring in the four rooms, hallways and stairs completed by the Thanksgiving holiday. Six months later, I still marvel at the quality of the work and the beauty and durability of the laminate product. Georgia Carpets is the absolute best place to purchase flooring!

Laminate installers did good job with installation. The only problem I have is that the old carpet wasn't cut and rolled properly so I had a hard time with the waste company. They wouldn't take it at first. I had to call and ask for carpet installers to come back and tighten the carpet on the stairs. Also they didn't cut the carpet the way it should be and they didn't take it to curb (I paid for it). Not careful with debris. I found board with nails sticking up on the driveway after they left.

Everything was great. They had a wide selection, good prices, and got the install done promptly. Joel was great at the store.

Jeff Meyer was the salesperson we first encountered at Georgia Carpets. He was friendly, polite, helpful and professional in every ''in person'' or phone converstation. He was patient and helpful as we made our selection, encouraging us to take the samples home to see them in our own light. Jeff stayed in touch with us to make sure we could fit the install into their schedule and our own schedule of painting and moving in. We did encounter a problem when we discovered a flaw in the stair runner. Jeff came out with a camera the next day and began the process of replacing the runner. No haggling, no fussing, just "Yep, it's flawed!" It took over three months for the new one to arrive; but it was not a hardship to us at all because we had the flawed one in place. We found their prices to be better than other places that we checked, and the service was outstanding and friendly at the same time! Thank you, Jeff! We'll be back!

EVERY ASPECT OF OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE INSTALLATION WAS TRULY OUTSTANDING - A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR YOUR PAGE OF HAPPINESS. THE SALESMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL, THE COMPANY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF CARPETS AT REASONABLE PRICES. THEY SENT US A SAMPLE OF THE ACTUAL CARPET BEFORE ORDERING IT. ITS COLORATION WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE STORE SAMPLE SO THEY ORDERED A SAMPLE FROM ANOTHER MILL RUN AND ALSO ONE OF ANOTHER COLOR, UNTIL WE FOUND EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THEY AIRED OUT OUR CARPET FOR SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE INSTALLATION. THE NIGHT BEFORE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED, AFTER WE HAD MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE, OUR ELECTRIC POWER WENT OFF FOR 2 DAYS! THE CREW CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND AGREED TO INSTALL ANYWAY. THEY BROUGHT A PORTABLE GENERATOR AND WORKED VERY HARD FOR 4 HOURS UNDER DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES (POURING RAIN AND POOR LIGHTING). THEY EVEN USED THEIR GENERATOR TO VACUUM THE WHOLE CARPET AT THE END! THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AS WELL - A WORK OF ART!

THE STAFF AT GEORGIA CARPETS WAS VERY HELPFUL, FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE CARPET. THEY SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME WITH US. THEY NEVER RUSHED US INTO A SALE OR TRIED TO GET US TO BUY SOMETHING WE DID NOT WANT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE CARPET.

GEORGIA CARPETS IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY QUICK TO GET THE NEW CARPET INSTALLED.
