Everything went smoothly, from the amazing salesperson, Jeff, who took time to teach me about different carpeting, to giving me a strong detail of everything that would be done, to acquire the perfect fit to my place. Down to the two amazing men, who laid the carpet down. I will not hesitate to praise Georgia Carpets, and recommend them, to anyone looking for carpet needs.

In the showroom everything was very straightforward and very thoroughly explained. The measure and install were exactly as expected. End product looks great.

We considered several installers. They all offer similar products but their approaches to product presentation and their interaction with the customers were quite different. At Georgia Carpets the process is simple and straight forward - no pressure, no gimmicks. The prices are very competitive and Howard was a lot of fun to work with. We are very pleased with the installation and highly recommend this company.

If you live in Chicago, you probably should not bother with Georgia Carpets: you will be happier and they will be happier. After seeing on their website saying that they covered" Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Tampa, FL!," we drove to their store in Westmont to shop for carpeting. Once there we were told that the installers "really don't like going into Chicago," and charge $1 more per square yard for doing so. We were also were told that for installations in condos, the installers required indoor parking and that their truck was 10' high. While I doubt that the van actually is that high, we got the point. Finally, to take a sample home you are asked to leave a credit card number and return the sample within two days or be charged, a policy that is fine if you live nearby but probably not good for someone living in Chicago. Before we left II suggested that Georgia Carpet consider making their website clearer the geographic are they serviced. The salesman, who was courteous, explained that their claim of multi-state service meant that they shipped carpets to these areas, which I don't think is how most people would interpret the claim. The salesman was 'helpful' in telling us that we'd be better off shopping in Chicago, and so I share his suggestion here.

Great~-Gus and Jose arrived on time.We received a call the day before letting us know what time they would be here.Both did a great job and we are very happy with the basement.We are now thinking of doing our living and dining room.

I visited Georgia Carpets after learning that they were one of the few stores in the area that carried a pattern I found online. From start to finish this was a great experience. Bob was extremely helpful and patient in showing me the vast selection at Georgia Carpets and made suggestions based on the information he gathered about our family, expectations, etc. I really appreciate how up front this company is with their pricing (there were absolutely no surprises). I was also surprised that there were no additional fees for binding on our runner as I received competing quotes that included a surcharge for this. I needed to have carpet removed prior to the carpet I ordered coming in due to scheduled hardwood floor installation and refinishing. This was not a problem and the price for removal was extremely competitive. Additionally, after placing my order, I called multiple times to either ask questions or to make a few changes. Bob was extremely patient and accommodating. He was very mindful of our moving day and did his best to get our carpet installed before this. When there was a manufacturing delay for one of our selected carpets, he called the company and got them to substitute a heavier weight by the date needed for no additional charge. He truly went above and beyond. On installation day two installers arrived on time and worked hard until the job was done. Our carpet and runner look amazing and I will recommend Georgia Carpets to any who's in the market for this service.

Installation was fast and fairly priced. Only could do better is I wish they vacuumed up after themselves; a lot of lose carpet fibers.

Don't consider going anywhere else for carpet except for Georgia Carpet. We have had carpet before from the big box stores with bad installation and nowhere near the exceptional quality and service as Georgia Carpet. Georgia Carpet was fantastic from sales to installation. The price was good and the quality of the carpet excellent. Jeff the salesman went above and beyond to get a rush on our order because we had a family member moving into the BR. We appreciated him going the extra mile. The installers had to work late on a Friday night to finish the job but they continued to work carefully until the job was done right past 7 pm. Thank you!

Original work was done in June 2013 Great Installers, arrived on time did a great job. After 18 months I called Bob at G Carpets and told him I was not very happy with the way the carpet was wearing around the door thresholds that it was matted and didn't look very good. Right away he told me he would send an independent reviewer to take a look at the carpet. The lady from the independent company came and performed lots of tests and said Id hear from Georgia Carpets within 2 weeks. I spoke to Bob again and he said that the carpet must have been defective and they were going to replace it all, without charge, not even for labor, carpet removal, or installation, or moving furniture. To say I was flabbergasted is an understatement. Talk about customer service!!! I picked out a new carpet and all went as planned on the installation day. I couldn't be happier and feel I could recommend this company to all. By the way my kitchen floor turned out fine too.

Smooth transaction from start to finish. This was my 2nd time using them. The sales team is friendly, honest, and efficient. I've never had a problem with installers.

They were very comprehensive in describing what to look for when purchasing carpet. It was easy to "check out" carpet samples. They sent someone over to get measurements. Upon purchasing the carpet, our particular selection was in stock and so the carpet arrived at the shop within a couple of days. We were able to inspect the color of the carpet at the shop prior to them cutting the roll. As we had some issues with the plywood sub-floor they would not do the removal of the old carpet and pad. I removed the carpet and pad and made several repairs to the sub-floor. The previous carpet installer had not done any sweeping of the sub-floor (there were bits of copper wire and construction dust/dirt under the old pad. The sub-floor prep took two full days. With a proper preparation of the sub-floor the installers were able to complete the pad and carpet install within six hours. The head installer has 20+ years of experience. They used all of the correct tools (and used the tools correctly) when doing the installation. The installers did a fantastic and professional job. About a day later we received an email that allowed for activation of the warranty.

Everything was excellent. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. He was no nonsense. The carpet was beautiful. The installer came on-time, move the furniture efficiently, and put the carpet in perfectly. I would use Georgia Carpets again. I cannot say enough good things about them.

The order was delivered as promised.

This is the first time we've used Georgia Carpets, and we'll use them again! They were very easy to work with. Phil helped us narrow down what type of carpet we wanted, and let us take home numerous samples and keep them for a week. Returning them was easy. Someone came out to measure, and then they offered us two alternatives for how the carpet would be laid and where the seams would be. They accommodated our desired installation date (we were painting and having new baseboard installed, too, by others). The two men who did the installation were courteous and professional and efficient. The new carpet looks great. We are very happy with Georgia Carpets.

We went with them because of their price and service. It was not my first service with them. The last time was about 2 years ago. They were outstanding! I did a lot of shopping and they were the best priced of anywhere that I looked, and they were very efficient and excellent with the install.

We purchased carpeting 20 years ago from Georgia carpets and were very satisfied with the product and service, so when we decided to get new carpeting we went back to them. We were not disappointed. They still provide the same excellent product, service and more. Their salespeople and installers were the best and eager to work with us and their prices were more than fair.

They were very knowledgeable, fair, accurate, and on time in everything they said and did. We dealt primarily with the owner, Bob. So, so nice, helpful, and completely dependable when giving all information--grade, price, timing, installation. The gentleman who came out and measured was so nice, respectful of our property, and very quick and efficient. The two installers--Joe and Gus--were a trip! Not only were they on time, hard working, respectful, and courteous, but also very helpful in suggesting a few changes in what we had originally planned for our stairs and a couple of other troublesome edges. Their ideas looked so much better than ours! And they did all of this while cracking jokes, laughing, and telling hilarious stories! Their work was flawless and very quick. They helped us move some furniture and were very careful and respectful of our possessions. Even the gentleman who came out and edged the carpet on our stairs was very courteous, respectful, and quick. We later needed two area rugs. Bob helped us with finding one remnant which he had custom-cut for both rugs and even threw in custom-cut padding. I just can't imagine any business being any nicer to deal with on all levels.

The install crew arrived promptly as scheduled and did a fantastic job. Georgia Carpet uses their own installers and the lead installer had over 22 years experience. They were very professional and completed the job in about 6 hours. We have found the work to be without error and enjoy our new carpet.

We worked with Phil to select the new carpeting we needed. He was very courteous and offered good advice concerning the type and quality of carpet we were interested in. The installer arrived on time on the agreed upon date of installation. He was very professional and did a great job installing the carpet. Any necessary seams are really hard to find and the new carpeting looks great. We were very happy with the result.

Georgia Carpets was the best on pricing. The showroom is very large and the staff great. Phil was our salesman and showed us a number of types of carpet. We went with berber through out our lower level. A few days later the actual measurements of the rooms took place, with the appointed time. Phil called us back with the exact price and I went and put the deposit down and set up the day for the carpet to be installed. The installation crew was on time and professional. They cut up the old carpet and rolled and tied it up for it to be halled away. We are going back soon to have them start on the rooms upstairs.
