Description of Work: General landscaping -- removal of old shrubs and lawn sections, replaced by new plantings. Have worked before with Benitos on tree trimming. Always quality work and good people to work with. Very responsive to questions and requests. Only minor gripe is that the estimated start dates (both jobs)were way off base, about 1 month later than originally stated.

Description of Work: Cleaned front, side and back yards, removed broken lawn furniture, trimmed trees, removed branches and leaves, rebuilt 2 gardens with support walls and drainage, trimmed front bushes. Description of Work: Benitos spec'd and performed an underground drain replacement (old, clogged corrugated drains to PVC) including the placement of 2 french drains to alleviate standing water. As always they were punctual and very customer focused. They left the area looking better than when they started.
