Beware of Benito's Landscaping. I contacted them for an estimate and some damage that needed correcting and after not hearing back from the m in almost a month, I contacted them and an unprofessional rep named Julie answered the call. I explained to Julie that when the landscaper came to my home, I wanted them to correct the damage aside from giving me an estimate on the other work I needed. She told me that if I don't like what happened, then I don't need to use them and said they are busy enough and don't need my business and hung up on me. I called several other times and asked that a manager or owner call me back and no call has been returned. i have had a lot of work done on my home and have never seen a business so careless and unprofessional.

Workers arrived at appointed time and worked straight through whole project. They did excellent and careful work, cleaned up work area every day. Whenever I called the project manager, he answered or returned my call promptly

Had someone come out and showed him the area where we wanted a patio and he said they would send me a proposal with a drawing in 2 weeks. After a couple weeks passed I tried to call and no answer so I emailed for info on the proposal, they replied that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get. I checked my records and emailed back that 4 weeks had passed. Then after the 5th week I asked if they were still interested in doing the patio and have gotten no response. I find this very unprofessional, if they didn't want to do it they could have just said that

All landscape employees were on time, their clean up outstanding. Worked until dark. Did not matter how hot or if raining, so long as they could perform their duties, they stayed.

When competed it look awesome. They did a great job.

No help with the permitting process. Took a while to finally get the job scheduled. Crew was fantastic.

We had a great crew. Pascual came with his men and showed them what we needed done and to take special care of our gardens since we had a lot of spring flowers popping up. They were conscientious, thorough, and very efficient. We were very pleased with them. We will definitely call them again .

They come when they are scheduled, never missed a day. The lawn looks great. The only things wrong are the jobs I didn't request and I wished I had. I feel they are too expensive, but after comparison shopping this spring they seem to be solidly in line with other companies.

Overall they do a fantastic job. Sometimes they are hard to get a hold of, but no different than any other landscaping company. They are very hard working, honest group. Very nice to have around.

Fantastic! The crews came and removed the damaged grass, prepped the area, installed the new sod and gave me instructions on how to care for the sod. Very helpful!

The estimate that was provided ended up being overestimated, as far as the number of plants ordered for the small terraced beds. The installers said they weren't sure where the plants would all fit - too many were ordered for a small space. So, we asked them to instead provide one more arborvitae and not to use the extra plants since there was no space for them. I am not a landscaper - when an estimate is provided by a professional, I take their word for it and assume that is what I need. I know nothing about plants or trees or bushes. The company then sent their estimator back to tell us we had to pay for his over-estimation because we agreed to his proposal, and then also mentioned that they couldn't use the existing flagstone, and had to do extra work and bring more flagstone then they had originally planned. This was AFTER the work was already done, and they were demanding payment for that as well. Nobody told us that there was a problem with the flagstone wall and that more stone was needed. They took it upon themselves to continue work. We should have been asked if/how to proceed, since it differed from the proposal that I signed after work began. We were at home each time they were there working , and even came outside to bring them water and coffee all day long each day they were there, so they had opportunities to tell us of the issues they were encountering, and what the cost difference would be and what our options were. When we called to discuss the invoice and express our anger in how this was handled, the woman who answered just laughed, as if we were ridiculous for bringing this up...Very rude, and very poor way of doing business. We are submitting payment as we have no other choice now, but would not recommend that anybody uses this company for landscaping. There are many better, respectable companies out there to work with. Should you decide to use this company, make sure you do you research on what their estimators are writing down on your proposal before you sign anything. They will hold you to it no matter what, and will even add to it without your knowledge or consent.

Cuts grass and blows all the leaves and cut grass into the neighbors yard. Basically cleans up one yard and messes up another. They empty their grass bag from the lawn mower into a garbage can on the neighbors property spilling a bunch and leaving it there. Then not even 10 minutes after the street cleaner came by they blow all the dirt and crap into the street. My phone calls have gone unanswered & not returned.

Very dependable, Reasonable and professional services. Completes assignments in a timely manner. Staff is professional. Always leave work space clean and safe.

Everything went great! The gals in the office are friendly, nice and the crews work so hard and are polite and friendly too. We were very pleased with our experience and will continue to ise them.

For the last 5 years, we have used Benito's Landscaping for both fall/spring clean up and most recently weekly lawn care starting in 2015. The guys that provide the service are exceptional - A+. However, the back end office is a solid "F". If anything goes wrong or you need to make contact, count on leaving MULTIPLE voice mails and emails without any attempt from anyone to return your call. It's basically a black hole. This past Friday, no one showed up to provide our weekly service. After messages from myself and neighbor, we have yet to receive a call. We are unsure if they went out of business, if they didn't receive a payment or quite frankly just care that little about their customers. This is not the first time we have had this problem and not worth "hoping" on every Friday that our lawn gets taken care of as contracted.

We had used Benito's for our landscaping needs for the last 2 seasons and the quality of the work was always pretty good. ?However, we will not be using them again because of their terrible customer service. ?Their representative on the phone is very rude and combative. ?The last time we spoke, she hung up on me. ?I was calling to request a warranty extension on a tree that needed to be re-planted. ?The phone representative treated me with disdain, interrupted me numerous times and then hung up when I asked to speak with the owner of the company. ?I have not heard back from the company?in 4 days and am assuming I will not hear back from them?at all. ?In reading other reviews, it appears this is a pattern - other reviewers have also mentioned that?the phone representative is rude and it appears she?often hangs up on people. ?This is very surprising, as I would expect a service company to offer good customer service - not to fight with their customers and hang up on them. ?I don't know if the owner of the company knows how the phone representative is treating people. ?But, it just doesn't seem right to hang up on someone that has been a loyal customer (or anyone at all, for that matter).??There?are a lot of landscaping companies in the area and I would recommend people to hire someone else for their landscaping needs.

Everything went GREAT! It took a while but they are worth the wait. I understand that this is a busy time of year for all landscaping companies. I have used Benito's in the past and they do AMAZING work. The gals in the office are extremely helpful and the crews work really hard and the quality is well worth the money spent. I will use them again and again.

I had used Benito's for a little more than two seasons. It used to be a good company but has recently become extremely unreliable and unprofessional. The crew has failed to show up on time, multiple calls and emails to the office to complain about the declining service were never returned promptly and usually not returned at all. And when I finally did manage to speak to someone in the office after weeks of building frustration caused by the company's inattentiveness, she hung up on me because she didn't like my tone. I have terminated Benito's services and will never use this company again. Although reasonably proficient in its work, the company is unreliable and uninterested in addressing customer concerns in a constructive, businesslike manner.

They were here the day after the contract was signed. The job was completed and handled with professionalism and precision. I am delighted with the way the yard looks! Excellent work!!!!!

It went well. It was what I expected. I ended up using them on a regular basis. Their price is pretty good. Their punctuality is good.
