Dino and his crew were great. They came to demolish part of our old deck early on so plumbing work could be done. They worked with the village to finally get permits and permission from the association and built a beautiful deck that met with their approval. When we moved and needed some landscape work done, we immediately thought of Dino and called. We are looking forward to working with him now that our plumbing issues have been addressed here.

We had a 25 year old deck that was in need of repair. Dino and Lizz were very patient and easy to work with. I spent several months deciding on the scope of the project. During this time they were very helpful and always willing to answer my many questions and discuss the requirements. Dino took the time to explain why he did not recommend some of the options I was looking for. In the end we decided to demo the existing deck and expand it by about 120 square feet as well as add a pergola for shade. Once we finally agreed on the scope of the project Dino and his team were very professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and were very respectful and completed the project in the time frame they gave us and in the most unobtrusive way possible. At the same time the quality of the workmanship was second to none.

We hired DM Outdoor Living to remove our old deck and build a new gazebo and patio. We could not have been more pleased. Dino pays extreme attention to detail and all of his employees do the same. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional and took great pride in their work. They would not leave for the day until everything was cleaned up and put away which was no small feat considering the work we had done. This was a large project and they finished it in less time than we thought considering the weather, the first day they came to work it was actually snowing. We gave Dino a rough idea of what we wanted and he came up with a design which was perfect. And he came up with suggestions we hadn't considered such as lighting which really adds to the patio. We have had so many compliments and couldn't be happier with the whole project from start to finish. Additionally, we had DM construct a new front porch for us the prior year, (which is why we hired them to build our patio, we did not even consider hiring anyone else after we saw the great job they did on the front porch.) Everyone walking through the neighborhood had commented on how beautiful it is and how it just adds to our house. We had structural issues which we thought would prevent us from building the porch we wanted and after talking to a number of contractors, Dino was the only one who came up with a way to solve the problem and his solution added even more to the look of our house. We would unquestionably hire DM Outdoor Living again.

At each step of the way, Dino added suggestions that made the projects better including a creative solution that gave us significantly usable space on our deck. Dino in the field and Lizz in the office were responsive and a pleasure to work with. This company offers the rare combination of quality, reliability and communication.

We are over the moon with our new front porch! Dino and Lizz were so easy to work with and came up with great ideas for the design. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality was top-notch. We couldn't be more pleased and we look forward to working with them on future projects.

The job went very well. Dino let me know each day the guys were coming what time. They did an excellent job. Work site was straightened up at the end of each day. The work was very high quality and detailed. If I had any problems or concerns, Dino addressed them quickly. This is the second time I have used D&M Outdoor for a project and both times I have been very happy with the work. I would use them again no problem.

DM was one of the best companies I have dealt with when it comes to "Outdoor Living Spaces." They have created a wonderful area alongside and throughout our gardens where we can enjoy fire pits and company and the beauty of our natural landscaping. The gentlemen who work for DM work professionally, courteously, and artistically. They also go the extra distances after a project to reset and clean the area. This one great company to do business with, and we will go to them again if we decide to make more changes in our hard landscaping.

I was on a short timeline since I needed deck done for a party. Dino completed the project on time - even dealing with the city and having to make changes to the design. So many compliments! Deck turned out perfect - better than I hoped!!

After interviewing several contractors, we selected D&M Outdoor Living Spaces and we were glad we did! They not only incorporated our ideas, they helped provided suggestions for problem areas. We had an awkward step down out of the house. They built the deck to be even with the floor in the house. We have a heat exchange unit under the deck. They built a skirting system which allows us access to the unit, does not impede air flow, and looks attractive. They matched our pavers on the pool deck and made the path to the pool seamless. I was most impressed with their woodworking skills. All of the corner angles and end cuts match up and look professional. I would highly recommend this service. Dino Mazzone was willing to show us decks he had built in the neighborhood, samples, and tailor the deck specs to what we wanted. His guys were professional and did a great job. I was also pleased to learn from our village that he has a good reputation when we inquired about approval and inspection.

The workmanship is excellent and when unexpected situations arose during construction (there were only a few) Dino and his crew came up with creative solutions. They also were very sensitive and accommodating to our design suggestions - no hassles. Project came in very close to budget and only a little later than we expected. Overall, we are very pleased.

Excellent flexibility on timing as we had to delay the start date due to unforeseen issues. Dino was amenable to the change and was able to get the project started right after we got the green light. They dealt with the village directly, which eliminated a lot of headaches when some additional specifications needed to be done. The design was amended to assure we got what we wanted. Compared to some other companies we met for quotes, Dino and his team were surely the right choice for their quality, customer service, and flexibility.

Excellent. Dino came out and provided his input on the design, and answered all our questions. When the estimate came in, it was above what I was hoping to spend on the project. Dino came up with some ideas to lower the cost (e.g. original plans had two staircases, revised to provide for one and talked through pros and cons of this revision). Dino's crew was very dependable. They cleaned up after each day, and from what I saw worked very hard to complete the project in a timely manner. Bottom line, we LOVE the deck. Great quality. Very happy with it and would absolutely hire Dino's company again. In fact, we did hired them again! Dino did a job (brick patio, walkway, and retaining wall) at an old house of ours over 12 years ago. And we LOVED that job too!

Dino helped us with questions and concerns that we had. His installers were very professional and efficient, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. Went very, very well. Final design, look, functionality - just perfect. His suggestion / placement of lighting - worked out well. Crew was diligent and neat - managed scrap, stray nails, etc. daily. Definitely would hire/use again.

Dino and his crew were AWESOME! He gave a very professionally detailed estimate - the most professionally looking one we received from all of our bidders. He as very patient with us and very willing to work within our time frame We chose Dino and his company over the others (all of the bids were in the same ballpark in terms of price) because we felt that with the amount of time and details he put into his estimate, it probably reflects his workmanship. He and his crew are very detail oriented. They fixed and adjusted and improved things on our deck that we did not anticipate but much appreciated - i.e. reinforcements, aesthetics, etc. They finished in less time than they originally anticipated and worked very efficiently. Dino also gave us multiple options (the other bidders did not) for the following: replacing the lattice or painting over it; payment options; types of materials; moving furniture and hot tub; electrical; layout; and future projects. Over all, Dino's crew offered the best options for every square wanted filled and he surpassed all of our expectations. I'd hire him again for sure and recommend him to all of my friends.

We are very pleased with the workmanship of employees of DM Outdoor Living. Very hard working & professional. Dino (the owner) was very knowledgeable & offered advice on best ways to proceed with repair jobs. He was accessible by email (& phone) Has other projects going on...but seems to be able to stick to schedule of getting job completed promptly. We were able to be flexible w/our timeframe...so I can't speak to how busy the workload is for his company... but we were more interested in a good job being done. We would definitely use DM Outdoor services again.

Very, very well. The workers were on time, careful of garden areas, completely reliable, professional, willing to make adjustments, and extraordinarily artistic in the cutting and design of posterns for our paver patio. Much of the patio wrapped around existing trees and flower beds, and the Abel and his crew made the sweeps and circles as if it were simple - even though we knew how difficult it was. It's gorgeous.
