Pro Temp of Illinois

Pro Temp was great. They responded quickly, were direct about the different options we had and offered a better price than some of the other companies. They filled out all the rebate offers from the utility companies and the furnace manufacturer that we qualified for (that the other companies never mentioned) and we received those checks within a month or so.

The job went great the guys did a beautiful job the Quality of the work done was great. The guys clean up behind their work. Jamie did a good job in explaining the work to be done and the operation of the furnace that I will need in all great job to all the guys.

They did a very nice job. They were excellent. I have recommended them.

My overall experience went really well. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. One of the things that impressed me was the overall speed of the process. From the initial estimate visit to the proposed pricing to installation, it all went rather swift. Jamie was the rep we were dealing with and he answered any questions that I had regarding furnace, financing, etc. Granted it has been a couple weeks since the install, but the furnace is pumping out some good heat. Hopefully this continues for many years to come.

Just as I hoped. I interviewed 5 contractors for the job. I picked pro temp of Illinois because of Jamie Maas and his professionalism for his ability to communicate the value of his product and to answer every question I had. After doing my shopping, I felt his price was very fair. I have used the product for five days now and I feel i have made the right choice.

I called Pro Temp because I smelled gas by my furnace. I assumed it would be a faulty gas valve, which on my furnace the gas valve alone is nearly $300 plus labor. Pro Temp brought the gas valve, but checked the piping first and found a small leak in the piping. They are quality craftsman,honest, and professional. I cannot recommended highly enough.

From the initial sales call to end of registering my Lennox furnace and email me with final info it was all smooth. I got five estimates in 6 days that ranged in price from $3,500 to $4,900 for the same equipment install. I went with this company as they were the best price and showed they have the experience to get it done. Install was done the next day after signing the contract as well as it was all done in 6 hours with 2 men who always seemed like they knew what they were doing. They also cleaned and topped off my air conditioner with freon for free. High recommendation goes out to this company.

Everything was excellent! no damage to walls either! Hiking a large A/C unit up a 12 foot ladder into the attic which was very hot up there. Everything was done professionally!

Went very well. Jamie Maas who came to give the estimate and proposal was professional, patient with my questions and knowledgeable. He gave me the best price he could give at the time unlike the others I dealt with who required conditions to meet to get "discounts." The installers need a little more in service points, not a big deal though.

After getting quotes from several companies, Pro Temp was the best priced and even included a couple other things to sweeten the deal, like replacing the capacitor on my second floor unit for free. Jamie was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The 3 person crew that came out was very respectful and timely as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

The process was seamless from beginning to end. We discussed with other companies, and while we are not driven exclusively by cost, the pricing was very good. Very knowledgeable and responsive. The installers were friendly, very professional and made sure they did not track in any mess. Picked up after Themselves, excellent behavior.

Everything went very well. Everyone was on time, clean and professional. When wiring up the upstairs thermostat, the technician found that the old wiring was inadequate (only 4 wires). To make things work, Pro-Temp substituted a more expensive thermostat (that only needs 4 wires) for the one we bought. Overall, we were quite pleased.

We got three estimates for installing the central air in our house and chose Pro Temp. The salesperson Jamie was very knowledgeable and patiently took the time to explain his recommendation of units and answer our many question. He was also very competitive in pricing for what we needed. I was also impressed the the two man crew that came out for the install. From the moment Lucas came in and laid down a floor covering from the front door to the basement door, to the time they left and cleaned everything up was very comforting. He also pointed out in detail everything that was done and made sure the unit was working properly and we that were satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace their central air conditioning unit.

Jamie Maas was excellent in explaining everything we needed to know about what size air conditioner we needed. He gave us a very fair price, and was patient and professional. The crew was polite and worked very hard and went over everything they did so that we understood how to work the thermostat and what we needed to know about the furnace, air conditioner and humidifier.

We researched and interviewed three HVAC companies. Pro Temp was by far the best value for price, warranty, and service. The whole experience from the initial contact to the installation was seamless and a very pleasant experience. Juan provided trade knowledge and walked us through in choosing the best system based on our budget and housing needs. The team of installers were very considerate of our home and our time. They were very upfront, honest, polite, professional and friendly. No hard sell. Really great people all the way around. Their offer was less than half what Sears wanted! And 10 year warranty on parts AND labor! The day of installation, Carrier did not have the unit we ordered. So Pro Temp provided us with a $300 upgraded unit no extra charge! That's the way to provide excellent service. They helped walks us through the whole process including financing in less than half an hour. Wonderful experience all around and very responsive even after installation. Jamie Mass was our guest and he replied to emails and phone calls within an hour. I just can't say enough how great he and the installation team were.

Great! The ProTemp team was a pleasure to work with from the salesman to the installation crew. Everyone was very professional and courteous, and the installation was very clean and completed in one day. I am very pleased with my new high efficiency system and smart wi-fi thermostat.
