Wonderful company to deal with. The owner came over for the estimate and a detailed explanation of the process with product samples. From start to finish it was flawless and I would most definitely recommend Broadleaf for Epoxy Floor installation. My neighbors all hired home depot contractors or did the process themselves and every one of them was extremely disappointed with the Epoxy found in retail stores and workmanship. After reading Broadleaf's Angies List, excellent reviews. I hired them and you should too. We love our new garage floor and our neighbors are jealous!

These people are simply the best. After we made contact, they were responsive and professional. The pricing was excellent and the work flawless. Never have dealt with a better company anywhere. Chris Collopy is a first class person. They started and finished when they said they would. Very clean and neat and could not even tell they were there.

From the first phone call, Chris Collopy and the crew from Broadleaf were a pleasure to work with. Chris was punctual, professional, and very informative. He answered all our questions thoroughly, patiently and even offered suggestions on several items we hadn't thought to ask - but that improved the overall result. This was our first experience with epoxy flooring so we did lots of research and obtained multiple estimates before making a decision. Broadleaf's pricing is competitive (of the three we obtained, they were right in the middle). The quote was given in early May, but we were unable to schedule the work until early August. This was not a problem. Once we contacted him, Chris kept us well informed via email/phone (depending on our preference) about coordinating the actual start date. The crew from Broadleaf arrived on time and did a great job. They explained things as they went along, answered questions, and were very neat (which is pleasantly surprising, given the messiness of parts of the process). Shortly after they finished, Chris called to get our opinion and see if we had any other questions. Overall, we're quite pleased and have already given away Chris' business card when recommending him to an acquaintance.

I would highly recommend Broadleaf. Their quote was slightly lower than other estimates I received and yet the work was still top notch. They used heavy broadcast flakes which looks very nice and much better than other floors I've seen. The entire crew was very friendly and proficient. Chris was also very accommodating to all of my requests and completed the job on time.

I scheduled an estimate to have a 4-car garage floor covered with epoxy from Broadleaf. Chris arrived exactly when scheduled and provided an estimate. He explained the process that Broadleaf uses and showed the different flooring options. He was very personable and easy to talk to. I was pleased when Chris asked where I had found them and I told him Angie's List. He mentioned that he currently has a discount for Angie's List customers and applied it to the estimate without me having to ask. I believe that this was a sign of "fair dealing" (not waiting for me to ask). He also mentioned that his work has a 10-year warranty but would match a lifetime warranty if I had competing bids offering this. Overall, I felt very comfortable with Chris and felt like he would have done a good job. I ultimately went with another company that was about 15% lower on their bid.

What won me over (I had four estimates) was Chris, Broadleaf's owner/operator. I was struck by his wholesomeness which led to trust and an assurance that his company would complete the job to my satisfaction. Even the installer, Ray, mirrored some of those qualities I sensed in Chris. So pleased am I with Broadleaf's work that I'm having them return to do my front steps and stoop.

Chris Collopy and his crew did an excellent job. Chris clearly laid out the products his company offers in a low key presentation and gave the pros and cons of epoxy flooring vs. other types of flooring we were considering--e.g. tile. He came out and finished the job within the time frame promised. The finished product was very snazzy; our kids love it. Broadleaf paid attention to detail, for example epoxy-coating the removable floor drain to match the floor. I was touched by the fact that one of the workmen even built a makeshift "cat-barrier" out of tape on our stairs at the end of the day to prevent our cat from walking on the finished floor. We've only had the floor for a few weeks, but have used our basement play room A LOT more than we did when it was just concrete. The only warning I have, and I assume this is true for all new epoxy floors, is that the house smelled like chemicals for a couple days, during which time our smoke/carbon monoxide detectors upstairs went off periodically. Overall, we are thrilled with our floor. I highly recommend this company.

It went even better than I expected. One year later, we remained pleased by the outcome. It is odd that our garage floor becomes a point of discussion when we have visitors.

Chris and his team were fantastic. From the initial consultation to the clean-up, they were punctual, professional and extremely efficient. In terms of pricing, Broadleaf's estimate was the lowest I found... and I can't imagine another company beating them in terms of service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Chris Collopy and Broadleaf did a fantastic job. We sought proposals from several firms and Chris got the job based on his knowledge and answers to our questions. He was prompt and professional with his written proposals. As the main work on the basement proceeded via other contractors, we kept Chris aware of the progress and he was responsive in adjusting his schedule to fit the time window when he could get in and complete the floor. Chris and the general contractor spoke and coordinated well. When the day came for the floor work to start, Chris got a late start due to a car breakdown, but he made up for the lost time in the morning by staying late that night. The work was totally done in two days, took a day to cure, and we were walking on it the next day. The floor looks great and appears to have been set up to cure properly; should last a good many years. We're completely satisfied.

The job done by them was great and we are very pleased. We had done the floors in two previous garages in two other homes. We had used another company for those jobs. We didn?t find them here since we moved. So we researched online and Broadleaf was highly recommended as per the reviews that I read. I called them and they were just as how it was advertised. The person we dealt with showed up on time and did the job. He cleaned up too. It was awesome. We probably had 7 subs in our house doing different jobs and he was the best. They did give us a discount. It would have been $3 to $4 a square foot if we got it from another store. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The whole process from start to finish was superb. Chris Collopy responded to my inquiry right away and soon after, came out to explain the process and provide a proposal. He had several choices of flooring and colors. I chose the flake flooring specifically because it could also be applied to stairs which I needed to complete. Chris suggested a slip resistant coating on the stairs which I appreciated. His crew went above and beyond. They also helped remove a couple of items that I was unable to move myself. The basement looks great and everyone who has seen it is now considering it for their own homes.

They are extremely prompt. They showed up when they said they would. They did an excellent job. I am going to use them again for more hallways.

It went very well. Chris was very responsive to phone calls and emails. This project has been simmering since the spring; he was very willing to come back and re-bid, after we decided that full-flake was better than random. Since the basement is large, with washers, dryers, the laundry tub and other tenant-related items (this work was done in a 3-flat), he broke the job into two parts. We did the front half one week and the back half the next week. This provided optimum drying time for each section of the floor, while also allowing tenants reasonable access to the basement. Now that it's done, it looks great! very "snazzy," as one of our tenants exclaimed.

Chris came out to estimate the job and was right on time. He brought lots of samples, explained everything in detail - how long the job would take, how long the work would last, etc. He wrote up a detailed contract at that time. Chris and his crew were very professional, careful about unhooking and moving the washer and dryer and reconnecting them. They cleaned up when they were finished each day. They told me exactly when they would be there each day and were right on time and cleaned up when they were finished every day. The finished job is beautiful. He said he would put in the mail to me instructions for care of the floors and the guarantee. I would certainly enthusiastically recommend them to my friends. I wish Chris all the success he so richly deserves.

Promptly came out to give an estimate and go over options a day or so after calling. Scheduled a time to perform the work within 2 weeks. All work was completed on time and according to schedule. The project required 2 days to complete and the results are excellent. I definitely recommend Broadleaf to anyone interested in improving their garage floor.

I have been evaluating different companies to put down an epoxy coating on my garage floor. I spent time looking at completed jobs at different friends and families homes. I called different companies for quotes and material that would be used in the process. After evaluating many companies I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Collopy from Broadleaf flooring. Chris came to my home showed me different styles and colors. I asked him for advice on what he thought would look right as well as what other homes he has been work on have been applying. Chris was very willing to give suggestions and seemed very confident in his company and his workmanship. Chris gave me a quote and told me when he had openings. After reviewing his quote and comparing him to alternatives I hired Broadleaf and Chris. Chris would call each morning to tell me when he would be showing up and what he would be doing that day. Chris showed up each day on time and completed each process as promised. The final day Chris called explained when I could start to move things back in the garage. Chris sent me by email a copy of my bill, warranty "10 years" and instructions on the cleaning procees of the floor. I was extremly pleased with this company and how Chris handled this job. I would and will recommend Broadleaf to your clients and my friends. I wish Chris the best with his company. He told me he has been in business for 3 years but has worked in the industry for numerous years. I think Chris will be around for a long time. We almost went with them. They gave us a very professional quote and they were very patient. The owner was great. It was between him and another guy; they each had different methods. We decided not to do the project.

Timely and professional from the very first visit to give the estimate. Clean, neat work. Excellent results. The price was pretty high, but the quality was worth it.

It went great. He came out right after I called and showed me lots of samples. I chose one that was new on the market and he had not fully tested the product. He installed it and brought to my attention he was not happy with a few spots on the floor. This was due to the product and not his workmenship. It looked good but not great. He asked me if he could redo those areas and recoat the floor at no additional cost to me. The finished fob was now great.
