Do Not use this company. Broadleaf applied an epoxy floor 3 years ago, in my new garage. The floor is cleaned frequently and is not abused. The top glossy layer is wearing away and in some spots looks like a 10+ year old dull floor. The company refuses to acknowledge any fault and refuses to fix this.

It's rare when you get a provider that checks all the boxes. Diana was extremely responsive. She calls/texts/emails you back quickly with thorough responses to your questions. The crew, Frank and Shorts came out on time and did a great job. They were professional and personable. When I made a mistake on choosing the color for the garage floor apron they came out at no extra fee and prepped/applied the new tint. They did this even though Diana suggested the correct color in the first place. Oh, and the price was very competitive. All and all I would strongly recommend them!

They arrived on time and did a good job. It takes 2 days since the second coat is 24 hours after the first. Looks better than I thought it would look. I was surprised that there was only a little smell that went away after a couple of days .

I can't say enough good things about the crew and sales staff at Broadleaf. I hired them to repair and put down an epoxy flooring on my 117 year old concrete basement floors and they delivered above and beyond! My floors look fantastic. They are professional, were on time, even came back to do touch up. I even tortured their sales guy Jason with 3,000 questions and he was always nice and responsive. Want to improve your nasty old Chicago concrete basement floors and not spent a ton of money? Call Broadleaf ASAP.

I highly recommend Broadleaf - very responsive and professional with competitive pricing. Only issue we had was the apron painting outside the garage doors and a few touch ups needed to be redone. They came back the next day and did an amazing job. Hopeful it will remain in great condition for a long long time. Looks great and now people get why I wanted the floors done!

Had Broadleaf come back after sending pictures to them. The floor needed touch-up especially around the edges. They were responsive and returned. The floor looks "amazing" it is "beautiful"!!! Great job and highly recommend.

These people are wonderful. Everything was fully explained and all of our questions were answered. Price was fair and everything went smoothly and on time. They did an excellent job. A-One quality. Office support was also very good. Any adjustments that needed to be made were done immediately. Would highly recommend Broadleaf.

Broadleaf had a scheduling mixup but quickly recovered and completed the work on the days planned and did a great job. The workers were extremely professional. Highly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Broadleaf and we were impressed with every one of their staff. The salesman was informative, friendly and no-pressure. The office communication with us was excellent. We decided to go with Broadleaf when they assured us with a start date, and their first team showed up exactly as scheduled. The first team set up industrial-size dust collectors and ground the entire floor. Very hard workers. They were easy to talk with, and anxious to explain what they were doing and what we should expect. The next day, a second team was as terrific as the first, and concluded by again explaining what we should do and not do. Our floors are a new one-car slab adjacent to a 50-year-old cracked two-car slab. Broadleaf carefully patched old cracks and 'divots'. You cannot tell where old and new slabs are joined. We proudly showed the result to our concrete contractor, who was impressed with the results.

It went great. The floor looks excellent, and we really like the ease of cleanup.

Don came out to give me an estimate and explain the process. I was at work when the job was done but the men were early the first day. Everything was completed as promised. A follow up call was received to make sure there were no issues/questions.

They showed up on time for the estimate. He was a good guy. I'd use them again for an estimate. I chose not to go with them because the cost was more than I expected it to be. They are great, they are marketing a good product and they think they have a niche.

They did a fabulous job on a quartz garage floor. They didn't dig it up complete. They did patch, and sealed, and put this stuff on. They are great. I would definitely recommend them. They gave us a number of choices for a finish for colors. For us they also had, instead of a solid color, they were able to put flecks of darker brownish black in it. It held up really well, and it looks so nice. It has held up very well, and its easy to clean. It transformed a really terrible looking floor into something we are really proud of. I think they definitely met our expectations. And all the categories I would give him the top rating. They were by far the best price too, because I got quote that were double.

They have been very cooperative in giving estimates and quotes. But their price was higher then someone that I found to be equally qualified. The technician seemed to know what he was talking about which was good. The problem was part of the concrete was loose, after he made the quote we took out the loose concrete and asked him to come back and re quote based on now he would be more concrete then originally. He then told us to contact a different company to level the floor. In the end, we poured in our own concrete, I asked again for him to come back for a quote to clean the concrete and lay the epoxy. I had a good experience and they were probably the most professional.

This review is going to seem a little over the top, but I feel extremely lucky to have found Broadleaf! Last year we had them resurface and epoxy-coat a 1500 sq ft, high traffic, concrete floor in a laundry/storage area. These guys were incredible! I can't say enough good things about them. They were very professional, very clean, SO FAST and the results look amazing. Still looks like new today. In the past 15 months since the work was done, we've had no issues with the floor at all. The area was covered with layers of old paint and grime. These guys worked their butts off and stripped the paint, ground the concrete, cleaned and coated the entire area in 3 days. They really worked hard, staying late as needed to get it done. I'm so happy with them and wth the results! Their price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend them!

Work was done professionally and on time. Price was a little higher than others, but they did a more thorough prep.

Broadleaf responded very fast to my request for an estimate. The representative was able to answer all my questions and made helpful suggestions on minor repairs and execution details. Their pricing was in line with other providers in the service area. The project started on schedule and was completed in two days. We are pleased with the quality of this company's work. The surface preparation was done carefully, the epoxy is evenly applied and the color, pattern, and texture are consistent in the entire area. It's been a year since the installation and I have not observed any problems.

We thought the entire experience with BroadLeaf was great. We had layers of old flooring in our basement that we needed removed before the new flooring could be applied. BroadLead took care of everything fast and efficiently. They were very professional and extremely friendly. They kept us informed throughout the entire process so we knew what was going on as it was happening. The entire job was completed in only 2 days. The finished product looks spectacular. It is even more beautiful than we expected and we absolutely love the finished product. Not only do we highly recommend BroadLeaf to anyone looking to redo their flooring but we would also use them again if we ever needed to!

An unreliable and unprofessional company. An appointment was scheduled and confirmed by Diana. No one showed up. When called, we were told that while Diana remembered scheduling us, they were not sure what happened. We were then told that someone must have moved us out of the schedule! She did apologize ( deeply ), and then didn't offer to reschedule or any other alternative! :-) Looks like this company doesn't need any more customers!

The 2 man crew worked on the floor for a total of 3 days. The first day they put up plastic sheeting all around the work area to eliminate the migration of dust because the grinding of the floor to prepare it for the treatment really is a dirty, dusty job. At the end of each day, they closed the door to the work area and taped it shut to keep the dust from spreading (and to keep anyone from walking on the wet floor). The smell was pretty strong the first day of the application but it went away after one day. We were able to walk on the new floor after one day and 2 days later we moved all of our furniture (washer, dryer, etc.) back in. The new floor looks great and makes that area of our basement much more livable. We are very pleased with the work that Broadleaf did in our basement.
